And i absolutely dont want Cottam. He's never produced in college, he's just really really big. Ohh and nice picture of him by the way, haha.

Apparently Langford wont be there in the 6th, as i got told in a thread i started last week.

Still too early to pick Colt with that pick.

Kendall Langford is a hybrid.

We desperately need a TE and Brad Cottam has value there (and that's the only pic of him, really, and it shows his 6-7ness).

Colt will go 6 or earlier.

1. Ok, not arguing with you there. But, from what everyone wrote to me on my thread where i had us taking him at the exact same spot ... the majority of people dont think he'll be there then.

2. Agreed, we desperately need a TE. Brad Cottam has like 19 catches in his last 18 games over the past 2 years. He's far overrated and i want no part of him, just because of his size he's getting way too much hype.

3. Mid 6 at the earliest.

Agreed about Cottam. People put too much value on athletic potential. Somehow people expect guys who couldn't make an impact an college to become elite players in the NFL. Haven't we learned our lesson by watching players like Matt Jones become total busts? I'd much rather take a chance on a guy like Martin Rucker who has proved he can be highly productive.

I agree about Cottam. He has 1 career touchdown.

But we really DESPERATELY need a tight end and I hope we get him, whoever he is, in the 4th round.

And I'd pick Langford earlier if there's heat on him.

couple of points. kendall langford is not a hybrid DE/OLB. he would play 3-4 end in this defense. not a big fan of polumbus due to his short arms. i dont know that we draft a cb in the 2nd. alittle high for ireland and parcells. there is going to be a LB drafted at some point. take that to the bank.
