NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Adrian Peterson "tweaked his knee" on Wednesday.

It explains why he was absent from Thursday's practice, although it does not sound like he is in any danger of sitting out Sunday. Yet to top 10 carries in a game this season, Peterson is nothing more than a bench stash at this point.

Every time I think of Brees going back to pass I can't help but think that it will be a complete pass to a wide open receiver. Blitzing will do no good because our LB's don't know how to time it and they never get there anyway. What I'd do? Rush 3 guys and have 8 back trying to block the passing lanes but what do I know. The one thing I'd hate is to see us go down and still doing the same thing we've been doing so far this year.
