Iconito's grievence against Dolphins

His grievance makes a lot of sense. It is actually a very solid point that sticks to Martin being calculating and not handling this matter professionally forcing the Dolphins hand to suspend him. Martin has already cost Cog a half million- I hope Cog wins this and plays soon.

The part that confuses me, why has it taken so long for NFL investigators to meet with J-Mart and get his story?

10 billion dollar industry you would think they could fly somebody out 2 weeks ago and get this straightened out in a timely manner. I'm beginning to think the NFL likes the press even if it is negative. If that is the case then we will become their whipping boy this year just as the Saints were last year.

Incognito probably deserves a couple games based on the racial text. This would be consistent with the similar Riley Cooper incident. But for it to stretch to the full 4 games without even hearing the details seems unfair to me. If the details don't warrant the full 4 games you need to find that out sooner rather than later. JMO
 
If it is proven that what Richie was suspended for is true then he will have been exposed nationally for the miscreant he really is.

Anyway, it is time for Richie to grow up, accept all responsibility for his actions and take it as a life lesson learned.

No matter the outcome, he will be a better (and hopefully smarter) man for it in the end.
 
I don't see a favorable out come for Incognito I doubt the arbitrator will reverse a suspension prior to the investigation being complete.
