We are split on this one so why dont the Dolphins PA Department go back and fourth on the old song to the new song, First field goal play the old fight song after the buffet song than next score play the new fight song after the buffet song, THats it go back and fourth old to new on every td or field goal, since the crowd is split on this one.

Im surprised no one else has thought of that idea!!

Good Idea

hmm also i think i should make a rap when the rosters are set, it will be a youtube song that will make its way to the Miami Dolphins Stadium playlist. lol

How about.........NO!

We are not "split". A small minority like T-Pain. Even less like the stupid Buffett song.

A majority LOVE the old song. The old song is my favorite song. It means we just scored. Don't mess with tradition.

How about you play the old fight song when we score a TD, the new one on PAT's (Dont really like this song) and play the T Pain song on field goals (This one is OK).

The majority don't love the old song. Its a corny stolen P.O.S. The T-Pain one is somehow worse, which sucks because he could have actually come up with something good if he put any effort into it. The Buffett one is at least tolerable. Honestly, they should just play Will Smith's "Miami" and make him an owner too. The Dodger's do it with "I love LA", and everyone loves it.

I think you have a point...it is not that we love the old song...it is that the new ones just suck dick!!!

Wow...that made it by the filter...go figure...

I would say that most people who live here dislike it. If I had a penny for every time I've heard someone at the stadium say "Oh God, there's that fruity fight song again!", I'd be a rich *******. And no, It's not the fans of the other team saying it.

I say we just get rid of fight songs all together and stop being corny.

First off the "Old Song" was not stolen The Oilers stole it from Miami that's been proven by the Original Vocalist..

Second Every one likes the Old Song for the simple fact that it is Corny and means we've scored ..Let's keep some form of tradition

i dont mind t-pain, but i have the feeling if they keep the new song, in 5 years when t-pain is washed up, its going to be just as corny as the old song. so for that reason, keep the tradition.

How about we play the Buffet song before the game, as people are getting ready for the game, the old song after each time we score, and the T-pain version 10 minutes after the game is over, so only the diehard T-pain fans can stay and hear it.

I think a more modern version should have the elements of the original.
Keep the snare drum rythum, but replace the banjo with a electric guitar.
The lead singer or singers could be someone who sounds similiar, but different.
There are so many musicians out there and the fans should have a voice in choosing.
