And if any available quality QB has been keeping an eye on what the Dolphin's organization is doing as a whole, he should be telling his agent..."Get me in there."

The excitement of Chris Chambers' excellent touchdown catch, and the overall atmosphere that Coach Saban has created has made this team a place to be desired.

Personally, I like the idea of getting Brett Favre for 2 years and drafting Cutler. I'm no expert, but having a proven veteran QB with a QB of the future is a good option. Wheter or not it is affordable or possible is another question.

I think every team will be looking and watching Miami.....if they're not they're fools.

We will attract lots of players with our team not just QB's. If any guys out there want to be on an up and coming team there is no better place!

For anyone that wants Favre, I assume you haven't seen his recent interview. The guy is spent. Seems like he has no desire at all to play football anymore, let alone learn a completely new system.

Don't see it happening.

Farve????

and Cutler???!?!?!?

okay, like Granny used to say, nothing nice to say.

I'm very glad our chances of taking Cutler at #16 are getting VERY remote. Vandy QB will be a MAJOR BUST. Just MHO.

I agree but it's the end of the year and I think the sting of it is still pretty fresh in his mind. Come spring he may feel very different.

I'd like to see Favre tutor Cutler as well. In fact I'd like to see Favre's personality rub off on any new QB we have. I think Brett Favre could be the best leader of all time at that position. In fact, if you asked me who I'd draft first if I want to win the Super Bowl next year and next year only, it'd be Favre, and I'd follow him with Ray Lewis. Give me the best two leaders in the game on both sides of the ball.

For anyone who wants Favre to come in and help tutor a QB we pick in the draft... maybe you missed out disdainful he was of the idea of doing the same thing with Aaron Rodgers.

Good Point. But I think it wasn't so much him tutoring a backup as it was them rebuilding giving him no chance for another championship run. If he were to come to Miami, which I don't think will happen, he would at least be competing on a good team while helping a rookie.

watchin Farve break Marino's record for most TD's in a PHIN UNIFORM....well that would be just horrible....the only thing that balances that....is if Farve led us to a Superbowl victory....that is the only tradeoff for that.

You know, I didn't even think of that. He is very close. It would definately be an awkward scenario.

Well, if I'm not mistaken, didnt' Favre come out and say he wasn't interested in mentoring Aaron Rodgers. I don't have a quote or specific times, but I thought someone made a comment that Brett said he wasn't interested in grooming someone behind him. So, while it's a nice thought for him to tutor a young guy like Cutler, I'm not so sure he would want to do it.

i dont think any QB on the market is worth a look. Get a young QB in the draft to groom, and let Gus start. Maybe he can ride that win streak we got going right now into next season
