Considering the fact the Incognito assaulted a staffer at a Dolphins golf tournament should be reason to fire Ireland alone. This is unacceptable. And Yes I'm a Richie supporter because I believe Martin is throwing him under the bus. But I have no doubt that Cog can be a real asshole who needs a real short leash.

The fact that Bullygate further tarnished this franchise at a critical time in our season, is worthy of firing the coaching staff. The claim they knew nothing. If that is the case they should. They SHOULD be the type of staff that players can confide in.

It's the coaches jobs to know what's going on with their team. As mentioned often it reflects on leadership. Obviously that leadership was on full display in the past 2 weeks with everything on the line.

I'll piggyback off of your statement and point out one thing. How does a billionaire owner pay these jackasses millions to watch over other guys that make millions and nobody knows what the **** is going on? Lotta money just being tossed around in the Dolphin franchise with no ROI.

The NFL knows that bullying goes on and now that Martin has brought the issue to the surface they need to do something about it. They are obviously trying to postpone issuing comment on the report findings until the playoffs are over or we would have heard something by now.
In the end most likely hush monies will be paid, a few wrist slaps made and a new rules of conduct will be written and the NFL will try to quietly put the whole thing to bed. Taking away a draft pick would create an uproar and more media coverage, something the NFL doesn't want in the least bit.
Although if Ireland were also to be fired as a result that would be fine too. :)

Whats laughable is people acting like his record as a Gm is not cause enough lol. The lost draft pick would probably contribute about as much as Dion Jordan did this year but that's not happening

Ross has plenty of reason to fire Ireland without using Golf Gate. Obviously if he waits and uses Golf Gate for cause then Jeffrey leaves town without his unpaid salary.
