What's the catch?

If Denver wins we become HUGE San Diego Charger fans! Oakland just lost Carr and play at Denver. We just gave up almost 600 yards to the Bills, what do you think the Patriots will do??? No we root hard for the Chiefs tomorrow!

We may not be in the playoffs if Denver wins

Highly likely we don't make the playoffs. KC will beat San Diego...SD couldn't beat the Browns...they find ways to lose it in the end.
Denver will beat Oakland without Carr. Can't see Oakland getting very far.

correct me if im wrong but the patriots have not clinched home field yet since oakland won. That means bellichich will play his starters for next weeks game?? What happens if we lose that game and denver wins their next two?

We would be out in that scenario.

People are overreacting to the Dolphins giving up 580 yards to Buffalo and expecting New England to do the same if not worse. Seems like every year we say that and then Miami shuts down New England. The game will be at home and the matchups are different. No running QB like Taylor no shifty rb like McCoy. Patriots can score but aren't a big play offense like Buffalo is with Watkins and McCoy.

We win next week and we are in. That is all that counts.

Denver has a tough game tomorrow and could do us a huge favor by losing, but we can't count on that. We play New England tough at home.....why can't we beat them? We have beat them in Miami 3 straight.

Go Fins!

Carr's injury ends our season. Without him, New England has no incentive to get #1. They know they can rest up, lose to Miami, eliminate the Broncos, and still have the AFC championship at home because the Raiders, even with #1, couldn't win the divisional round. If they did, the Patriots would be fine to beat them on the road.

So our dreams are done.

Well we can't control anything but I'd rather secure a spot then risk no spot.

buffalo has something that we have trouble against. Mobile QBs. Now brady is never a cakewalk, but having a statue back there is better than a guy who can bust off a 30 yard scamper.

Andy Reid and the Chiefs have been getting murdered by the KC media all week for their choke job last week versus Tennessee. They are angry and are going to beat Denver tomorrow and all this hand wringing will look silly.
