Joe Philbin needs to go. Promote someone within. I'll have Lazor has head coach to see if he's capable. Philbin is just not head coach material. How foes Ross not see this?!

I think Failbin needs to go no matter how the team plays this Sunday.

It is pretty obvious at this point that Failbin is clueless.

Joe is getting every opportunity to turn it around. Every opportunity.

In a way, this is a good thing. It is a signal to all prospective head coaching candidates that Steve Ross is going to be patient and give them a chance to get the job done. It also signals that Steve has learned how to play the game and will hopefully be avoiding future blunders like trying to hire a coach while he already had one in place -- and then asking that prospective coach if he'd like to keep the current guy on as the OL coach.

I guess the question is whether or not you think there is someone we could promote from within the staff who would do a better job than Joe and get this team into the playoffs. My answer is simply that I think Ross should be looking at that as of this moment. If you think that promoting a guy like Kacy Rodgers or Darren Rizzi or Bill Lazor would give you something that you're not getting with Joe Philbin, maybe it's time to do it. IMO the blunders in the 4th quarter vs the Packers gave Ross a license to do just that, with the entire nation questioning just what the heck he was doing there.

The trend is away...sharp start
At home...slow starts
I expect them to come out firing, but lose anyway. Chicago is playing well right now.
It is not who you play, but when you play them.

Ross liked Philbin over Mike McCoy during that hiring process. How does that look now? Philip Rivers was in decline until McCoy turned him around. 15 td and 2 picks now. Ridiculous numbers.

Ross literally liked binders that Philbin put together during the interview. Ross is easily the biggest problem. He may be well intentioned just as Huizenga was. But Ross has no GD idea what he's doing. He can't see McCoy over Philbin. He is absentee. The people he has in place are dysfunctional. Just from the set up of the organization, you know they can't win. Football has 22 starters on offense and defense. You need a good organization to figure out how to make all of those moving parts work. The dimwits and dysfunctional losers heading up the organization need to be removed and cut out like a tumor.

I don't see us beating Chicago. Their Tight Ends and WRs are a nightmare mismatch for us.

Ross needs to sell the damn team to an owner who has half a clue as to what they're doing. Ross makes blunder after blunder after blunder. Enough is enough.

This is how it goes. We lose one, we win one. Just enough to keep us sucked in til the season's over and we see another 8-8 record. Smh..
