bring back Fiedler!!! I know..... I know..... he would have done better if guys would have caught the ball and if guys had rocket packs on their backs to catch his overthrown balls but he didn't look good. Couple that with the fact that he was supposed to be ahead of the curve since he came from this system and now that makes him bad.

Feeley played good. "But he threw most of his passes for about 10 yards in and he was playing against 2nd stringers" some will say but what does it matter? When Frerotte threw a TD in our 1st game everyone was talking about how he should start and that was against 2nd stringers! Feeley throws his share of bad balls but not as ugly as those passes Frerotte was throwing in that TB game. Plus, Feeley seems to have more touch than Frerotte and he too had a ball dropped that should have been caught by Lee (even though it was a little high it was quite catchable.

Bottom line: Frerotte has been given every chance to win this job on the field and he's been a dissapointment when you consider his background in the system. He is not outplaying Feeley.

My God, do we need another Qb post?? Post in the other 5 threads

Why don't you take your own advice?
Because i am not the one starting yet another QB thread because I need specific attention for my view ont he QB positin that has been stated the same by hundreds of others and may get lost in the thread.

Your suggestion was for me to post in the other 5 QB threads. With that in mind, why did you decide to post in my thread when there were 5 other ones out there? Do you feel a need to have a job and act as if you're the "thread police"? Do you need a badge or something to show your importance in carrying out that job? If you don't like what I have to say or don't have anything to constructively add, or feel it is redundant, move on to the next one. Have a nice day!

I was simply stating that if Frerotte is as good as it's going to get around here (and by watching how many times he continues to be unproductive yet is named the starter the following week it looks like the coaches believe that) than we're in trouble. At least fiedler was good from 10 yards in (as long as he's not throwing an out route)

Can't move on to the next one, because people have to constantly continue to plaster the top of the boards with their epiphanies on the QB competition. They need to stop, and people need to be told that. I'm hoping my comment did just that...destroy the flow and intent of this thread.

Apparently not! I think Walmart needs a couple of guys to stand in front of the store to check peoples bags. That may be right up your alley. They'll give you an orange vest so you stand out too!!!!

What's ironic is how you're perpetuating what you said you're trying to stop. Everytime you respond, it goes back to the top!

:shakeno: Scleprock has been bashing Feeley all year. He's tired of these threads because positive things are being said about Feeley which goes against his take on AJ. His consatant trashing of Feeley is in danger of being proven wrong. So his only solution is to demand that they be eliminated.:shakeno:

I may be the village idiot..but part of me misses ole Jay.:(

AJ and Boston are developing a really nice feel for each other. This could be a combo you hear alot this year if Saban gives AJ the reigns
