If i asked you would you take 2-2 after our first 4 games.....what would you have said?

I know that I thought about a few scenarios with the whole ricky thing and I was thinking that a 2-2 or 3-1 start would be incredible due to the addition of #34.

Ronnie Brown is a great back, the fumble hurt but do you say magahee sucks when he fumbles that handoff UNTOUCHED!?!?!!??

freaking bill put his helmet right on the ball after a really great play from RB and it was close and he fumbled.......we didn't deserve the win 18 penalties....

the loss sucks, but everyone don't allout bash the team for f's suck, they need time and gameplay experience......if there was ever a case of 'beating ourselves' this was it....18 penalties is a travesty...truly unreal

Before the season started, yeah, I admit 2-2 w/ Ricky coming back isn't that bad.........but we lost two division games, I'd rather be 2-2 with wins over NYJ and Buffalo. It hurts losing these division road games and letting these struggling teams hang around when we had opportunities to win but are shooting our own foot. If we beat them, they are both sitting at 1-4 instead of 2-3. The penalties and turnovers are unacceptable - we never held the lead at any point in either road game. We gave up first possession TD's in both road games. Get down too much, too early and can't overcome. They didn't fold though and had a chance to win.....but we must learn how to win on the road. All the sudden we are 1-9 in the last 10 road games and turned into the Detroit Lions. Next week, the road game becomes a must win.

Exactly. What kills us is the two road division games. Beating the Bills/Jets would have been better than the Broncos/Panthers.

2-2 at Ricky's suspension? I would've been like this:

I would have taken it. The thing is everyones hopes have been raised by the good things weve done this year. I was believing that we could actually make a playoff run.

Im starting to think that we're basically a team that has a long way to go. We will stay close and fight, but ultimately will make too many mistakes to be a serious threat.

It's still better than two home division losses... we still have the comfort of knowing that we still get them at home, and have a good shot at splitting the matchup 1-1.

I would have asked if it were with Feeley or Frerotte starting. The truth is I ma not extremely satisfied with our QB play because Frerotte seems to have trouble doing more than putting 3 or so good drives together. All he does is launch the ball and hope it comes near our WR. It pays off once or twice a game but he misses a lot of open recievers as well. I'm one of the guys who is sticking to my I'd rather go 6-10 with a young QB than 8-8 with a veteran.

I would have taken it before the season started, but you have to admit both of our losses should have been wins. Penalties killed us today and as great as Gus was in the end of the game he made some horrible decisions. He needs to be more consistant and smarter with the football. We beat ourselves today and anytime that happens you cannot be content with that. I think anyone who blames Ronnie is rediculous, Clements made a good play and other than that Ronnie looked great. But in no way should we be content with 2-2 right now. It could be worse, but it should be better.

we could easily be 3-1, and we could easily be 1-3. whatever, 2-2. i predicted 13-3 before the season started, and it doesnt look like that will be the case. However, i could see us winning 9 - 11 games this winning. next week against TB is huge, even though its a non-conference game. 2-2 is still decent.

If we had of won the bill's game we would still be in first place, eventhough we did not deserve to win. The bottom line is that we played terrible at times committing penalties and turnovers yet at the end we were still there.

I think the positive to take from this game is that we did not play our best but still had a chance to win.

This is a team coming off a 4-12 season. Put things into perspective.

We are still the underdog, we will drop huge in the rankings. Who cares next week is Tampa. If we win no one will remember the Ronnie supposed fumble.

It is still early in the year, Ricky is back next week. We are only one game out of 1st in the division and still ahead of the teams that beat us.

If we can continue to win no harm done.

Saban needs to fix the mistakes and this team is capable of winning every time out.

We could be 4-0 at this point but I think everyone should be extatic at being 2-2 at this point in the season.

With Ricky coming back next week I think everyone else will be looking over there shoulders!

The Phins are back!!!
