What would you do at this point?

I would give Coyle 2 more games to prove himself, otherwise out. Bring in Jim Schwartz for the DC position with potential to interview for HC when the season is over, whom they should be interviewing behind the scenes already.
Lazor... 2 games as well. Points. balanced attack. please.
Pagano? anyone?
 
Campbell decides the coordinators fate. If I were Campbell, I'd fire them both and distance myself from the Philbin regime.

the players hate Coyle. it is us who hates Lazor. I say keep Lazor just for some continuity
 
Fire Coyle immediately. No hesitation. Identify a problem. Don't wait to fix it.
 
Schwartz will not be coming. Do not have time during the season to learn a whole new defense. They would promote from within.
 
Coyle needs to go. I do not get this...why is it even taking this long.

Why would Schwartz give up the security of his league job to become a coordinator with the Dolphins for 3 months with the likely outcome being he'll be unemployed after that?
 
If i were Ross I would have fired Coyle and Philbin last year

Coyle needs to go, lazor is worktable imo, me thinks we're stuck with both
 
Coyle will be fired today or tomorrow. You can take that to the bank. Lazor might stick...... But will not last past January 5th. Campbell will want to employ a power running scheme where our linemen are attacking.

Obviously, I'm guessing on both of these moves. But one thing I can say for SURE....... It's gonna be one CRAZY offseason. I'm excited about it.
 
Yes Schwartz could come in. It's nowhere near like installing an offense. Defense is different.
