1) Make Saban Bench CPEP and start Harrington. CPEP has been in this organization for months and they never realized that he couldn't even step into a throw or outrun a 330lb lineman.

2) Fire Mularkey and promote Justin Garret (QB Coach). Mularkey is too predictable and abandons the run too quickly. Jason Garret knows SCOTT LINEHANS system, and was here last year during the 6 game winning streak and knows how to utilize the players we have.

3) Make Saban abandon the 3-4 and go 4-3 full time. WE DON NOT HAVE THE PLAYERS FOR A 3-4 and our best players play best in a 4-3.

You would break the chain of command and the trust he has in Nick. If Wayne was to do that, this coach wouldn't be here too long there after. If Wayne was to do anything he needs to communicate that to Nick in person,a nd let Nick know his feeling, but in no way shape of form should Wayne jump over Nick, and start running the team. Let Dallas, and the Raiders do that.

Well lets all be happy that you aren't Wayne!!! As the owner you can't/shouldn't tell your coach what to do.... Everyone has their job and let them do it. But I am not liking Mularkey so far but we are only 3 games in to a 16+ game year.

Yes, but if you were in the military you would understand, you never break chain of command because once you do that, you under mind the whole team, unit or command. I don't agree with your idea.

If you were Wayne Huizenga, you wouldnt own the Dolphins if you consistantly made the kind of decisions you are advocating. You'd be living on the streets eating pizza-grease stained cardboard for nourishment instead of being a billionaire.

Culpepper is pretty clearly got an adjustment to do. He needs to break not only bad habits he devoloped prior to here, but habits he's developed after surgery. He isnt going to do that just magically while sitting on the bench, sorry to burst your bubble.

Please, go look at the Dolphins defensive stats. I'd have preferred you done it prior to posting this, but there is still time for you to edit this.

leave coaching and playcalling to the coaches, if anything needs to be done, it is find a offensive linemen and have mularkey come down to the field

I agree Bro. At this pace we need to scout the O-linemen that are out there, and make sure we have enough on the practice squad, and see if we can get any improvements over what we have right now, or in case of an injury, so they have the time to digest the playbook.

Perhaps scan the other practice squads and see if there are any worth while canidates there that other teams are trying to protect.

1. Who exactly ran down C Pep that was 330 pounds?
2. Fire the OC after 3 games? Yeah that sounds pretty logical. Good choice
3. If we didnt have the players for the system, why run the system?

You arent Wayne H, so sorry, end of thread

i agree, if their is a deal that helps this team in any way, it has to be done, no matter how marginal the improvement, it is still an upgrade

i think mularkey coming down to the sidelines will help out big time, he could hear what the players are saying and see things on their level

I cant agree with you more man!!! I hat it when they put the O and D cordinators in a booth. They need to hear what the players see. The #1 thing in making anything successful is good comunication!!

And you know the best thing about Mularky coming down to the sidelines? Nick can get in his ear hole real quick, and let him know that he isn't happy, and the end result better change real quick.:tantrum:

Bench the QB and promote the QB coach. Sounds like a plan.
