A stop gap coach should and never will happen. The coach we choose now will be our coach for at least the next three years.

Making this into a winning team is more than just a one year job. We could get the best coach in the world and he probably wouldnt be able to take us all that far next season. A lot has to be fixed, and it isnt fair to give someone a 1 year trial at this point.

Thats pretty much how I feel too.

We should get whomever this year and if he does good, then great, we keep him but if he produces some 4-12 thing then he's out and bring in one of the good ones.
