If we win by a slight margin against the Titans/Texans, would you feel optimistic going in to our divisional games (...on the road), or would you remain discouraged, that's to say, would we have to win by a wide margin in the next two games for you to feel good about our chances against the Patriots/Bills games in the weeks 8 and 9? (...just curious)

a win, even by a slight margin, will give us massive momentum....especially on the road. if we can get some of that, i don't think we're the kind of team an undefeated patriots want to play at home or otherwise.

It really doesnt matter if we win or lose... Its all about how the guys look on the field.. I mean, we could lose by bad luck or a fumble here or there.. but if the guys dominate the line of scrimmage and look together and in sync, I'd be happy with Campbell and the work he's done..

 Are any of us still holding that preseason arrogance? This is almost as detached from the reality of the team as that "Would you be disappointed at 5-1?" thread. Yeah for the worst team in football, the margin of victory does not matter.

The next two games will determine only one thing: whether we're the worst team in the AFC or whether the Titans or Texans have that honor. These are two of the last games that we're probably capable of winning this year. So let's go out and get one of them anyway. I know, I said 5-11 this year but I overshot.

Mangini in '16!!!

Lmfao yeah, Mangini is just what we need to turn this thing around

This team needs something positive to happen. A win is win and I'll take it no matter the margin of victory.

I agree with the sentiment that anything positive is just that... a step in the right direction, hopefully. So basically a win would be ideal however just incremental improvement in any spot on defense or the o-line will go a long way in me not renouncing my fandom. A loss is not the end for me as long as the coaching change helps motivate our weak spots

For the Titans game, yes. The Texans game? No. The Texans are not doing well this season so if we can not beat them soundly then we haven't made any improvments.

Our defense should put us in great shape against Texas. More offensive malaise is a possibility, but I hope the Texas game will be a win like Jax was supposed to be.

What is this all "our defense should" crap? Based on what? Hype?

Just want to see improvement. It's gonna be tough in Nashville...Mariota could have a field day if we don't improve our pass rush. Hell, they should have beaten the Bills. Now they get to face a wounded squad looking for an identity. Just hope Campbell has had time to get a fricken gameplan implemented and hope a couple of our O Lineman can grow a pair. Gimme some animal out there boys...
