the game next week is for 1st place in the division. we are 3-5 and they would be 4-4 with a loss today. so if we win we would have the same record. how exciting would it be to have a big game for the division lead next week. i know we only had one year of not contending but it feels like forever and it would be great to have a big game like that again. and i think we can run all over the patriots with ronnie and ricky so hopefully the colts keep rolling and pull this game out.

Wow that sounds exciting :). All we need is for the Colts to finish up the Pats.

could also be a 3 way tie for 1st if Barfalo wins. interesting!

I agree it would be exciting but this team and coaching staff need to get there heads out of there ***. Please stop with the reverses, play action from the 6yd line when we are running the ball down the opponents throat, Ferotte overthrowing everyone, Chambers dropping everything....
I believe next year with an upgrade at QB and DB we will be in it till the end...GO PHINS....

Let's not get too excited. While I do believe the Colts will hang on and win this game easily, I'm not so sure we will beat NE next week. There biggest weakness is defending the pass, can we exploit that????????? HUGE QUESTION. They will attempt to stack the box and force us to beat them with Gus throwing the ball. That could be scary. Wait it gets worse. The Pats move the ball best through the air. Our secondary made Michael Vick look like the greatest pocket passer in the NFL. Brady will be licking his chops. Not saying it's impossible but looks like weakness against bigger weakness when we have the ball and strength vs weakness when they have it. Please, nobody mention last years game as this one is a different situation. That game would have been nice for the Pats to have, but they will need this one. Totally different.

Undefeated?

I think we are forgetting the most important thing here. The Colts currently stand undefeated. To me it is more important that their unbeaten record be broken to protexct the "72" team then our position in the standings.

Go Fins!

He!! Yea :beerbang:. The best thing is I will actually get this game on TV :rawk:, only the 2nd I got to see all this year and most likley the last.

I agree with you here too. If we ran the ball like we should this year with ricky and ronnie and quit some of those trick plays we probably could have one atleast 1 more game if not more than that. we can run the ball on anyone so why dont we run the ball down these teams throat then we can work in the play action passing which would open more up and maybe frerrote would be doing better. right now we are coaching agaisnt the other teams weaknesses instead of using are strengths. we have to play our game not the other teams. but still it would be great to have a big game again for the Phins. I hope the colts pull this one out.

I fully expect Pats to lose tonight.

Then i expect us to beat the Pats(well think we can anywayz) and i think the Bills deff get smacked by KC.

Dont worry, the Colts will loose. If they dont it was meant to be. I hope they win tonight thats for sure. Lets worry about our Phins THIS YEAR, not the Colts.

the colts have a pretty tough schedule left though so i wouldnt worry about that right now.

@cincinatti
vs. Pittsburgh
@Jacksonville
vs. San Diego
@Seattle

that is a tough schedule and i could almost garauntee they dont go undefeated.

This is one reason we need to run the ball down there throat Sunday many many times cus they have a short week and they are losing players left and right. they are going to get worn down bigtime tonight!

Indy just scored again. 28-7. I think the crowd is going home.

Looks like the colts got this game won. Get ready for the game for the division lead next week and the phins are playing in it. we need a big dose of ronnie and ricky next week to get the win and i better not see us relying on gus for this big game. run the ball and open it up so gus will have easier throws to make and we can pull this game out espescially since it is at home.
