Charlie Casserly comes to mind. I think he got hosed in Houston (ironically because of Bush) for drafting Williams, which was the right pick. I also like that he's stayed in the mix with his job at NFL Network.

On another note... not to stick up for Ireland, but I do think too much is made of the question to Bryant. I don't have specifics, but for years gm's have been asking questions that aren't related to football.

Who's your pick?

Casserly is a joke for many reasons... for 1 he was claiming Newton wasnt even worth drafting anywhere in the 1st round. Said this all the way up to the draft.

We need someone not set in the old ways of the NFL. We need to stay away from old Dinosaurs that believe Defense, OL and running game is more important then a QB. Sound familiar?

The NFL has evolved and the old dinosaurs are now extinct for a reason.

Casserly belongs in a home for alsheimers patients. He's a joke.

And who is this young buck?

Ross has his money on Ireland.
And not doing so great so far, but NFL is a league of what have you doie for me lately. Ireland can get lucky and hit a homerun with a QB then look like a genius.

Unfortunately, you might be more qualified than Ross.
