Sexual Harassment of a female employee by a high profile player including lewd texts and a dick pic. After telling a jets employee identified by his badge that no, she was not interested in hearing from Favre, he mysteriously got her private number nevertheless. Yet the jest were held harmless and multimillionaire horndog Favre was fined for him a token $50thousand for some watered-down excuse for what was sexual harrassment and perhaps for the jest, creating a hostile work environment. Did Richie, who actually intervened for Martin in a dustup against Jordan send him lewd texts and a pic of his dick? I mean what could be worse than an unwanted overture to a female employee than that?

(but then again, if it were Brady, Goodell would have found a way to fine Sterger for violating some non-disclosure :idk:

We later had a phone conversation about who some of the more well-known dong-shot senders were. One person, she claimed, who was very into cell phone-donging her was none other than Brett Favre. Now, at one point in his career, this news wouldn't be too surprising. Favre's time in Green Bay is littered with stories about his boozing and carousing. But gray-haired Favre? Oh yeah, she said. Sterger said that Favre first began to call her early in the season and leave strange, friendly messages on her voicemail. She played me one of these voicemails over the phone. It was Brett turning on the Mississippi simpleton charm on his way to practice giving Jenn a friendly good ol' boy hello to a pretty lady. It was odd, but nothing incriminating. Then the phone calls from Brett started to turn weird.

Sterger claimed she spurned Favre's advances because he was married, but also because she was working for the Jets at the time she didn't think it was the best idea to start a torrid affair with the team's highest profile player (the Jets have not responded to a question about any knowledge of the Favre/Sterger saga at this time). Plus, if she went forward with how aggressive he was and how skeeved out she was to some of her superiors, she suspected she might lose her job. The interactions were flirty and strange but she didn't think there wasn't anything that made her too uncomfortable. But then, one night, Sterger received a picture on her phone which was so shocking that she just tossed it across the room. It was his dick. Brett Favre's dick. And it happened multiple times. In fact, Sterger claims that, in one of the photos Favre allegedly sent her, he's masturbating — while wearing a pair of Crocs. In another photo, Favre is holding his penis while wearing the wristwatch he wore during his first teary-eyed retirement press conference. You know, this one:

Jenn Sterger Interview: Brett Favre Scandal Turned Life 'Upside Down'

Jenn Sterger, the former New York Jets game-day hostess and model who was embroiled in a tabloid scandal after racy photos and voicemails allegedly from NFL quarterback Brett Favre surfaced, told ABC News' George Stephanopoulos in an exclusive "Good Morning America" interview that she just wanted to do her job.

"I haven't made a dime off anything in this whole situation. Not from the pictures. Not from Favre. I never wanted to sue anyone. That was never an intention of mine," she said.

"I'm not a gold-digger," she said. "The only way I wanted to make my money this whole time was to just have a job."

Watch the exclusive interview Tuesday and Wednesday on "Good Morning America" at 7 a.m. ET and Tuesday night on "Nightline" at 11:35 p.m. ET.

Favre has one of the most storied careers in football -- a three-time MVP with more than $7 million in endorsements -- but he became known for more than his playing in October 2010, when the sports blog Deadspin.com posted voicemails and nude pictures Favre allegedly sent to Sterger when he played for the Jets in 2008. Favre has admitted to leaving the voicemails but not to sending inappropriate pictures of himself.

"Wanted to have you come over tonight -- love to see you tonight," one recording said.

And another voicemail:

"I'm still trying, just got done with practice. I'll try the other phone you're probably caller ID'ing me but if you can make it, it would be great."

Sterger says she doesn't know how Favre would have gotten her phone number.
"I was approached one day at the beginning of the pre-season games, by a man wearing a Jets badge, employee badge, who asked me, 'How would you feel if Brett Favre asked for your phone number? What would you say?' And I just looked at him, my usual smartass self. And I said, 'I'd say I like my job an awful lot. And I've been told I look remarkably like his wife,'" said Sterger.

unwanted workplace sexual harassment of a 110lb female employee by a privileged employee -and the organizational enabling of said sexual harassment is not egregious enough compared to alleged "bullying" of a 320 lb trench warrior?
 
once again vaark deflects, that is what he does best. instead of accepting what is going on and speaking out against it he brings up something completely unrelated. Typical excuse making vaark. No team has had more issues outside of Cincy in the last decade and you are whining about an incident w/ the Jets.

The Jets were fined for the incident, was it enough? I don't know. it was embarrassing for us fans and the organization just like this LATEST dolphin situation should be embarrassing for you but you choose to ignore responsibility and deflect- that's the vaark way!

The NFL and Goodell are headquartered and live in????? NEW YORK CITY.....they get treated differently....just look where next year's Superbowl will be played....The Jets-Giants stadium.

Miami has to get the whipping boy treatment here.
