... and after serving this four game suspension and considering the fact that his contract looks pretty much re-done (not sure about that infamous 8 million that was floating around forever) what does ricky owe the dolphins if he decided to walk?

He owes the 8 million until the Dolphins says that he doesn't

Yup. One of those things that everyone involved will let "work itself out" as he goes on and Ricky does everything the team wants. I'm not sure exactly when the Phins will drop the claim, but it will probably be when they trade him. Then again who knows if he'll really be traded. I wouldn't hesitate to keep him in 2005 and 2006, if that meant his trade value finally rose in the offseason of 2007.
