What are the chances that we could get Indy's first since the FA market for RB's has dried up. I wouldn't settle for less than a first from them though.

that would be awesome if we could, but i dont see him having much trade value now, but the colts are kinda desperate for a RB, but dont they already have a running back by the name of ricky williams on there team, lol, either they do or they used to

lol I think your right. He isn't nearly as good though.

The problem is that Ricky Williams is in the rare position of having far less value than ability at his position. Usually with trades and FA it's the opposite, but right now Ricky has no value except to the Miami Dolphins. And, frankly, I don't see why we shouldn't keep Ricky; he'd be an excellent backup and 3rd down back, if not a fullback like last year.

Keep Ricky, period!!!!! too valuable to our offense now that DC is QB.
his attitude is better and everybody in locker room wants him back.

I think there would be a much higher chance of them trading up with us to 16 to get DeAngelo Williams...

Ricky's the best back we have i say keep him for another year to teach ronnie

No chance we get their first, IMO. But I could see them giving up their second after drafting a LB with the first.

ricky will win. and well keep him as a 3rd down rb and to spell ronnie brown. for how low his salary is, if we dont get a top 45 pick we might as well keep him which is what well do.

I would love to get their first, but doubt that they'd part with it...maybe their 2nd, but even that is questionable...RW would fit very, very well in their system and fit cost wise for the quality they'd get... He would give them something that Edge didn't and that's inside power running....Now, he's not as versatile as Edge in the passing game, but his presence on 1st and 2nd down would force Ds to respect the run...

At any rate, I'd love to get their 2nd rounder, but with his history and the plethera of decent RBs that are in this draft, I doubt it...they probably want to start from scratch with a new triplet of their own...

The problem with trading RW is that we just can't get the true value due to his tenuous nature and history...but we could use the draft pick, so I wouldn't have an objection to trading him, as long as it's for a day one pick...perhaps a later 3rd rounder this year and a conditional next year could be worked out...???

what did ronnie brown prove last year nothing,he is noe even close to being the back that ricky is.in my opinion ronnie was a let down,if ricky comes back the he will or should be the starting running back.lets be real, ricky is a stud
