He's just gonna sign and walk right into the starting RB spot....I hope he shows that he deserves the spot but it isn't his yet. He needs to get into camp and learn the system....especially blitz pickup assignments.
 
I'm not sure if he is going to play or not, but I would hate to be Ronnie going into camp. He is going to get run to death, hopefully he stays healthy.
 
Nope no way no how should we rush this guy!

Even though he has been stupid to hold out I hope Saban values this kid for the long term. No need to rush him so he ends up injured or his confidecne ruined for forever.
 
He wouldn't play. There is no rush to put him in. It is only the 2nd preseason game.

It would be the logical decision. Ronnie is our franchise back for years to come. I know we are eager to see him play, but only one full practice and then a pre season game? It's unecessary. I would even question it If he signed 2 days ago.

Well, he might very well leap-frog to the top of the list from the beginning, but unless he shows up in very good physical shape and decent mental shape (having a grasp of his role in the O), then he won't start or play this weekend. After that, I would assume he'd be the #1 guy...
