Why won,t they hire the Big time Cam.If the Chargers fire marty and dont want Cam to be there coach. Why in hell we wan,t him here.I don,t get you people.:shakeno: I SAY NO CAM CAMERON

Exactly WHY would they fire him ....

Rivers blew that game ... with that one pass - not Marty ... and I'm not a big MS fan ....

I don't want him here in MIA .... IF we take a recycled HC -- then I'm for Mora, Jr .... but no matter what --- WE NEED A NEW OC .... whether it be Garrett or someone else ....

I think it was more the recievers fault than rivers fault. The recievers dropped a ton of passes, something like 6 or 7 or around there. Parker alone dropped 3 first down passes and fumbled the punt. If Jackson was a good reciever he would have kept his toes in and that 50 yard pass would have been a touchdown. I wouldnt be surprised at all to see SD take a reciever in the first. no matter who it is, it has to be better than the recievers they have on that team...Parker is just horrible and McCArdell is average and not getting any younger

Yes, you are absolutely correct WRT the WRs dropping passes ..... however, that last bad decision was ABSOLUTELY the difference-maker in that game ...

It was a great defensive play ... but regardless a bad decision by Rivers ...

I also covered the WRs in another thread ..... its the only piece that the BOLTS are missing to become a true 'machine' on offense

Your right about that. When your tight end is the best reciever you have you just arent going to get it done. Look at KC, great receiving tight end, mediocre at best recievers and for years they havent been able to get it done.

Actually, Marty didn't help by going for it on 4th and 11 from the New England 30 yard line when a field goal would've done it. They also sure could've used that timeout he burned on that lost challenge with what looked to me like a call that was pretty obviously not going to get overturned even before he challenged it. He could've had a word with Cam Cameron to find out why the best player in Football and one of the top running backs in NFL history wasn't getting more touches when they needed him in the clutch. I mean isn't that sort of thing the Headcoach's job?

I mean, it's the 4th Quarter, the game is on the line, you need to keep Brady off the field, you see your other receivers are dropping the ball, why not say "Yo, Cam, let's get LT more involved. Pitch it to him, Throw it to him, hand it to him, nobody can stop him and they haven't stopped him all day". I mean, is that too obvious?

If he became available, Marty would vault right to the top of my list. I don't want Cam whether the Bolts do or not.

It has been so long since the Dolphins made the playoffs, much less didn't get blown out in the playoffs. For a Dolphin fan not to think that a head coach with only two losing seasons in his long career and 5 playoff victories was not an upgrade to what we've had since Shula left, is delusional.

Marty's teams don't get blownout in the the playoffs, they play their butts off and lose by small margins.

If you want to take the gamble that a younger, unproven guy, is quietly a great head coach, the honest odds are they won't be as good as Marty.

If I'm going to gamble, I'd rather gamble that Marty could exorcise his playoff demons on the Miami sidelines, while being relatively certain that the Dolphins play meaningful games in December and January.
