Its the 9th pick in the draft... The Giants are on the clock .

Do you trade up for Cooper?

No. I'd sit pat and see what's available at 14. I'm not a big advocate of giving up draftpicks (and we haven't got many to begin with).

Traded Pick 14, 2016 second round pick, and 2015 5th round pick for the 9th overall. (trade value may be off but would be willing to give up a little more)

In the second round, traded down from pick 47 to Dallas for pick 60 and pick 91.

First three rounds:

1: R1P9
WR AMARI COOPER
ALABAMA

2: R2P28
G ALI MARPET
HOBART

3: R3P27
CB IFO EKPRE-OLOMU
OREGON

ok. Now White and Cooper are off the board. Who do you take now

Oh, God.

Most people take Parker. And that is the safest pick. And I'd be okay with that.

The people who are of the "an elite defense wins Super Bowls" mindset might take Shelton. And I'd be okay with that, too. I might dance a little.

But I'd take Gurley. Because...as was best described in "The Girl Next Door"...the juice is worth the squeeze. And I'll stick to my guns on this one.

You make the splash with Gurley. You're in round 2.

at WR you still have DGB, Dorsett, and Rashad Greene on the board
two solid Corner options in Rowe and PJ Williams
Denzel Perryman is there for the taking, too.
You could forget about Dallas Thomas woes in Ali Marpet or Tre Jackson

two guys with character issues, but tons of potential all around.

whats the move

Excellent movie reference tbh

Even though I think there is about a 0% chance we take him, DGB's potential at #47 would be extremely hard to pass up.

I just ran the mock draft on fanspeak and ended up with this:

14: R1P14 QB JAMEIS WINSTON FLORIDA STATE
47: R2P15 WR BRESHAD PERRIMAN UCF
114: R4P15 CB IFO EKPRE-OLOMU OREGON
149: R5P13 G JARVIS HARRISON TEXAS A&M
150: R5P14 CB CHARLES GAINES LOUISVILLE
191: R6P15 WR STEFON DIGGS MARYLAND

Wouldn't keep Winston, would trade him but for some reason he was available at 14. I'm sure some team would want him though.

No way in world Winston would fall that far. Don't agree with ignoring LB in draft as weak as we are there though

Personally, I'm not trading up to 9 . . . but a 2016 2nd and a 5th is kind of light. I could live with that.

I'm not walking, I am running the card up for Parker at 14. That's the dream scenario right now . . . come back and grab Perryman in the 2nd round you have laid out and you've had about as successful of a draft as you could.

Day 3 you look at RB, DL, OL and DB prospects.

Yea, that is weird and makes that draft simulator unreliable.
