We need better LB's
I think it would make a trade for Harbaugh more likely. Truthfully, I think they might fire him otherwise, but I can completely see us trading for him instead in complete Miami Dolphins fashion.
He would then consider Flacco I imagine as a free agent option this offseason for us, maybe even RG III.
I would be ok with a lot of these option, along as he considered a rookie QB, which I think he would. I imagine Ross would give him tenure, and he would basically survive at least 2 GM's in his career as a Phin.
Things could turn out worse.
