If the season would start today what positions would the dolphins struggle at? Cornerback and safety looks shaky and the linebackers do also
 
It doesn't tho and there is still months of FA and the draft yet to come...hang in there we'll see probably best in June what the team looks like...
 
QB - Daunte is not in game shape and could not start today. We also really need a solid backup who has NFL experience.

Center - We haven't had a Center since Dwight Stephenson. We keep moving people from other places on the line to play center like Seth McKinney, who wasn't able to get it done.

Safety/CB - it's hard to replace Madison and Surtain just like that.

Ruddy wasn't that bad.
 
We would have problems at all positions because we haven't practiced in nearly 4 months.
 
I think a street FA can fill in for McKinney so Center isn't our biggest need. Safety is by far our biggest concern. We don't have any veteran leadership back there to make the proper adjustments.

TRUE, but when you had Stephenson hiking it to Dan you had two first ballot Hall-of-Famers....we have had a lot of average guys at both positions ever since.

The depth at LB is shaky. We have 2 stars out of 3 starters. CB is definitely our biggest need.
 
Yeah, today would not be a good time to start the season. We still have some work to do, there were a few off-season surgeries not to mention Daunte...

But come another 6 months, LOOK OUT!
 
cleo lemon would be our starting Qb and our secondary would be tested every play. This is a silly question though because FA hasn't ended yet.
 
McKinney was a center to begin with, how is that moving people from other places on the line?
