...will you be making excuses for Gase

Thill Tbum Ross or some 3 safety net

web sticky whatever failure

or...

finally come to your senses -- concluding

we're being duped! BTW.

Have a nice day!

BNF.

I would EXPECT major changes to be made starting from the top on down. Clean house, get younger, like my NYR did in the NHL. Time to know when to say when.......................Recognize when you are just not good enough as constituted.

I'll blame Tdumb for 99% of it.

Whether or not I also blame Gase will depend on what I see this year.

Well if they made the playoffs I'd look for some consistency and anticipate the team getting better next year. If they flop again and are worse than 6 and team while being healthy, I'll have seen enough to clean house. Ross will probably keep one of Gase or Tannenbaum and make the GM the fall guy.

I don't expect Ross to clean house because he never does. He'll keep on doing things half ***
Not so fast Danny, I could see a complete overhaul from the top down...not necessarily Gase though.

So 6 or more and you'll conclude the team doesn't blow?

So your standards for Gase is Superbowl every year or he is gone, Shula & Marino were two of the greatest the game has seen and they had many years where they were one and done in the playoffs and Marino never got a ring it is clear to me many would have been calling for their resignations as well.

How about this:

If the team excels and shows a winning culture

.... will you be posting positive things about the team
admit the constant bashing was unwarranted
admit Gase knows better than you
quit bitching

or...

find any little negative thing to continue to nitpick over bc you aren't happy unless you're miserable

Lest we forget the four straight years ('86 thru '89) that Shula and Marino missed the playoffs altogether with 8-8, 8-7, 6-10, 8-8 records.

There was Marino trade talk around that time and Shula was assumed to be fading away like Chuck Noll and Tom Landry. But a few decent 90’s drafts, good player acquisitions, and Marino playing well, propped them up enough to make a few more playoff runs. The Dolphins back then at least deserved the benefit of the doubt as an organization that they could right the ship without blowing things up. These days the organization is only as trustworthy as its most recent result.

But then that's not a clean house.......he's never fired the GM and the HC in the same year. If he fires T-dumb and Grier but not Gase then he'd done it again
