If the trade is final and Marshall is gonna get suspended Ireland is 'the beast'

Marshall is a jerk. Drops passes when they count. Racks up numbers when it don't count. Locker room nightmare. I can go on. We traded to 2nd rounders a couple of years ago, got 2 threes a now. Basically a break even deal. Now we do have a hole to fill, and thats a completely different issue. But as far as the whole BM saga its a break even deal. With the potential of going our way if BM is suspended, continues his ways, ect. Or we hit a nice little talent with some use of the two picks.

No the Tuna made that deal, every move before the Tuna left was his move. Keep sticking your head in the sand on this subject.

By the way, even the Tuna was fed up with Marshall when he left. Darlinton (sp?), said that this morning on the Joe Rose show.

So as I said Ireland just sat around and did nothing until last year. You are the one sticking your head in the sand because neither of us know how much say Ireland had. You want to believe he just has collected paychecks for his entire career , I tend to think the Gm actually does the negotiations in trade.

For GOODNESS SAKES!

The man is on the verge of possibly being suspended for multi games. How can you not understand his trade value was hours or days away from being ZIP, ZERO, NADDA!

When we traded for him he was one incident away and we gave up two second round picks and a huge contract. Jeff Ireland the friggin gm genius lol oh yea I forgot parcells made every move and even negotiated every contract while spinless jee just collected money and had no say , what a gm

I didn't mind Ireland trading Marshall... But he let Marshall get away far to cheaply... Chicago was desperate for a wide receiver, if Ireland was more patient, he could have at least got one #2 and one #3 picks. Maybe two #2's

I think it was ireland saying enough is enough taking what he can get before marshall has no trade value
