I really believe that getting a big guy in there like Turner is going to benefit Henne.

Our receivers can't get any separation anyways, so why not get a 6'5 225 lb guy in there that has a HUGE advantage everytime a pass is thrown his way?

Can't get any worse. It seriously can't.

I really want to see this kid on the field. He must be absolutely abysmal if they don't even activate him.

Yes, its disappointing that we can't get Turner on the field. The coaches have *got* to get him ready. The organization drafted him high. Now follow through and get him on the field. If the coaches are doing their job, they will coach him up and get him on the field. The receiver position is an emergency situation. It needs to be done.

Yeah, I agree with this. After today, if Turner doesn't get on the field next week, he's not getting on the field.

I thought they would have Turner active today as this years surprise Patriot game move. You can't ignore that with his size there is a lot of potential upside.

Just like the coaching staff's decision to not play Cam Wake more, we can't just assume that Turner looks 'abysmal' or 'horrible' in practice. The coaches may just be afraid to play the devil they DON'T really know yet (Turner, Wake) vs. the devils they DO know (Bess/Cam/Ginn, Porter).

At this point, it literally makes absolutely no sense at all to not stick him in there.

I rather have a slow wide reciever that can catch the ball like turner, then have ginn dropping the ball at a crucial time.

But who gets deactivated to let him dress up? That's the problem. We're short with injuries and there is just too much depth at WR. Too bad we put the crap in crapshoot.

It the first drop I saw on Hartline in the regular season. Come on now, he hasn't consistently dropped passes.
