a) "I know what im talking about" -Thats a bit of an arrogant statement no offense, and thats your opinion which everyone is entitled to

b) "I back up my opinions" Everyone can back up thier OWN opinion, thats why its their opinion, everyone can find statistics and written articles and put that together with their opinion, and then give it, doesnt mean its always right

c) "I love to argue which make threads more fun" Nothing wrong than that, but simply enough, some people dont and you just gota respect that its a Dolphins fan website and when you talk negatively about their team, true or not, they are going to get pissed, same way if someone from here went over to gangreen and started talking negatively about the Jets, Jets fans would rip that poster apart, respectfully so, they are being a fan and defending their team no matter what

I can respect that you can give Miami praise when its due, but eevryone has a little homerism in them, or else they wouldnt be a fan of that team and it comes out in certain posts and not in others

A)I don't call it arrogance, I call it confidence. Do I know everything? of course not but for the average fan I know a heck of alot, if someone is going to prove me wrong they will have to be ready for a debate and have all their facts in order.

B)I don't form my opnions off the stats, I form them w/ what I see when I am watching games and for old palyers which I mnever saw live I form them from books, articles, clips, etc... I don't post QB X is better b/c he threw 30 TDs and QB Y threw 20. I understand stats tell part of the story which I do not believe most fans understand(not a shot at dolphin fans, I go through the same stuff on my Jets board).

C)I don't have any problem w/ someone not wanting to debate me or not agreeing w/ my opinions. I prefer when people will try to prove me wrong but I get alot of attacks just b/c I am a Jet fan. I don't have to put up w/ that nonsense, I am a regular here. I let alot of stuff go, I don't think anyone gets attacked more than I do but I understand this isn't real life. I don't take it personally, I would love to meet most of the posters at a Jet-Dolphin game. We'd have some laughs and have some fun which is what I like to do here on a daily basis.

I like debating w/ you, there are tons of great posters at this site. I wouldn't post as much as I do if I didn't love it here. Fans are fans, no matter the team we all have our homers, our pessimists and guys that are closer to the middle. We love this game, love this rivalry and we have fun passing the time discussing these topics. We all spend more time, energy and money on this stuff than we should so why shouldn't we have fun?

Your problem is you don't read my posts. if you followed along you'd notice I don't change the topics, it is usually an angry, bitter phin fan that changes it and I keep it going w/ those posters.


I'm a regular and well respected poster here whether you like it or not. I don't need a guy who has 200 posts in the last 5 years telling me to leave. Message boards are fun, we all like to argue and have fun w/ each other. if the average poster posted 200 times in 5 years the board would be pretty boring- wouldn't you agree? I'd love to see PAT13 post MORE and get involved MORE, it will help make the board betrter rather than wasting one of his few posts to attack me simply b/c I am a Jet fan.

It's important only in contributing to the site. You can have the amount you have and waste one on attacking me. Debate me, don't attack me. if you have a problem w/ what I type try to counter it and we can have some fun arguing about it. It's silly to have so few posts and waste one criticizing me. Not everyone has a job like I do and can post during the day, that doesn't make me a better fan or more knowledgeable but when you do have time to come on and post make them useful posts to help make the board better.

The thing is Sanchez doesn't suck, he's actually good and getting better. Just b/c you guys are looking for a QB don't try to drag us down w/ you.

His comp % is not good but I'd rather have a QB w/ a low comp % who makes plays when they matter than one who has a high comp % and can't make plays when they matter.

Nah, not much improvement there.

Mark was good in 2010, much better than his #s show. W/o him we aren't a playoff team. Parts of '09 he was along for the ride while learning how to play in this league. This year he was a big reason why we were one of the best teams in the NFL.

Maybe I am wrong but I just don't see it, much like many around here don't see Henne's shortcomings.

I never said the Jets or Miami couldn't win with either, I just don't see Henne and Sanchez progressing to the Brees, Manning, Brady level. With a stout running attack and great D any team can go to the show, it is just hard to do it constantly without a great or good QB.

Mark has alot of work to do to become a top QB but he made some nice strides in year 2 after a bumpy rookie season that ended w/ him playing well in postseason.

You don't need a Brees, Manning Brayd to win. mark was the winning QB against Manning and Brady on the road this postseason. Do I think he'll get to that level? No, that's a tough level to reach but he will be one of the better QBs in this league sooner than later.
