we will make the playoffs.

at detroit: 3 game winning streak momentum, maybe we give up a long td to roy williams besides that kevin jones is hurt and their defense isn't too great.
17-13

jacksonville: home game with a 4 game winning streak. david garrard is their qb. SEASON ON THE LINE. their defense is reaaaaally good so we need a defensive or special teams touchdown to help win this one.
no prediction

New England: home game once again, if we beat jacksonville we'll have so much momentum coming in it will be nuts. This is the other game of the year. Who knows vs. new england. we would need huge home field advantage( crowd going nuts) and good offensive play.
toss up

at buffalo: i think we win this game. although its cold, we finished strong down the stretch last year. without willis mcgahee, i think we can contain lee evans and the rest of their offense. 2 tds and a couple field goals will be enough to win this game.
20-13

NY JETS: home game, monday night football on christmas. YOU know that stadium will be poppin home field advantage will help a looot and i think we can contain coles and the rest of that slumping offense. we will be able to attack their defense and pull the victory on monday night (we always come to play in prime time)
23-17

at indy: indy is 13-3 at worst at this point, clinced home field throughout and WILL rest their starters for 3 quarters of the game. No peyton manning, harrison, or wayne means we will hold their offense to a few points AND ronnie brown will run all over their first and 2nd string defenses.
27-20

I am really confident we can beat the lions, bills, and jets-- and am very confident the Colts will be resting their players for most of our game ESPECIALLY if some of them get nicked up in the couple weeks before our game. SO it all comes down to jacksonville and new england at home. Jags without their starting qb and few starters on defense. I think we have a strong chance to win this game.

The New England game is the unknown. You never know with them. Their defense isn't the same but Brady has been lights out the last couple of weeks. I wish i could be in town for this game but i have finals that monday-wed following the game......So all i can say is Dolphins Fans F****N GIVE EM HELLL!!!!!!!!!!!!

ahhh to be 18 again....the glass is always half full. :D

Listen man, I have honestly been saying it myself around here. The BIG defensive win yesterday has really got me energized. All I can say is I hope you're right and Go Dolphins!

The way I see it, if we beat the Lions AND the Jags...then we can start looking at the Pats game with a whole lot of interest because if we also put away the Patriots then like you say we'll be coming back home to play the Jets on christmas night and the Dolphins can give the best christmas present possible to them by beating the Jets.

Victories against the Lions, Jags, Bills, Pats, and Jets will ensure us a playoff spot because the Colts will be playing the backups.

Anything can happen. But don't expect the Buffalo and New York games to be roll overs. It never matter what the records of those teams are, we will always play a tight game with those two. Also, going into Ralph in December has not been to pleasent for us either. I just want to be 5-6 going into the Jacksonville game, that way we gave ourselves a shot at making a run. Go Dolphins!

Yes sir CK. I was thinking this same thing. I think if we win the Detroit and Jacksonville game, we could see the Fins and Pats on the Sunday night stage as well. We are in position to make a run and with our defense playing like this, there is no one on our schedule that is unbeatable.

6 games left....the Pats and Colts are going to be very tough....but I think if we just focus on things one game at a time we have a shot. The Lions worry me because Kitna often seems to have big games with his above average receivers.....the Lions looked horrible in the first half against the Cardinals yesterday but then came back from a 17-0 halftime lead to make it 17-10 before time ran out on them.

I just hope we can beat the Lions, rest up over the ten day break and then beat Jax...then we see if we can beat the Pats...not going to be easy.

when your 1-6 you take one game at a time....something this place does not do. We all should just talk about 1 game at a time. If we win or lose....just talk about the next game....not playoffs...not draft day. Miami takes 1 game at a time...and now we are 4-6.

I'm not nearly as worried about the Lions game as I was the Vikings game. There were a number of things conspiring against us on the Vikings game and I think you saw that play out as we really got dominated in most phases of the game until we ripped the game wide open on defense in the fourth quarter.

im focusing on detroit right now...not even thinking about the other games...

we need to focus on shutting down roy williams and establishing our run game this week

Not saying any game isn't tough, but the Colts game is almost a lock for us.

They are no longer playing for an undefeated season. So, barring them being tied with the Pats or someone else for the right to get homefield, we'll have an easy game against backups.

As long as our players play like they are really playing the starters and dont take the Colts backups lightly we should win, no problem.

I think the Jags game is MUCH tougher. As is the Jets game.

The Pats, Jags and Jets stand in the way. The Bills game is so-so. The Jags are a tougher game because for whatever the reason, we just have problems with that team. Like the Jets.

I didnt really see that. Granted, the Vikings stopped or running game, period.

But we were eating crap on offense too. That first drive botched handoff that should've been a TD to open the game was BIG.

It totally changed momentum because up 'til then you could see our O-Line and others talking smack to the Vikings rubbing it in.

After that mess up we were never the same.

We need to come out with that intensity and not mess up 5 minutes into the game so we can get into people's heads early.

I was extremelly worried about the Minnesota game as well. I know I shouldn't have expectations, but I have a feeling I will finally be able to relax when we play the Lions. I don't expect this game to be close at all.

As for the thread starter, you said you think the Colts may be 13-3 and that would be good enough for home field. Well I don't know, but I think that the Chargers might have something to say about that.

guys

DETROIT IS THE NEXT GAME. lets focus on that.

Why? It doesn't require our focus for the Dolphins to get the win. Yes they should focus on the Detroit game, but why can't we look ahead?
