Give it a full season. You have to see how Dan Campbell handles a losing streak, a blowout loss, etc. And his initial fire and demand for violence may end up wearing thin on players & staff.
For example,
Jim Harbaugh was a former NFL player, had a fiery personality, had initial success as head coach of the 49ers (went 44-19-1, including making it to the Super Bowl), but his fiery personality wore out his welcome, and was fired.

..over time, his knack for pushing his players turned into pushing his players away.
“They just don’t want to be around you after a while,” Harbaugh said.
San Francisco announced his departure in December.
“He does a great job of giving you that spark, that initial boom,” 49ers guard Alex Boone said in his "Real Sports" interview.
“But after a while, you just want to kick his a--. . . . He just keeps pushing you, and you’re like, ‘Dude, we got over the mountain. Stop. Let go.’
He kind of wore out his welcome.
“
I think he just pushed guys too far. He wanted too much, demanded too much, expected too much. You know, ‘We gotta go out and do this. We gotta go out and do this. We gotta go out and do this.’ And you’d be like, ‘This guy might be clinically insane. He’s crazy.’ "
