If We Don't Make The Playoffs...

I feel like they have all had bumps in the road and learned from them. Tua seems to be progressing nicely. Flores has seemed to have found something with this latest run. I fully expected growing pains for a first time head coach. Grier has been questionable but hard to argue with the results we are seeing from this years class. I say stay the course and hire the best OL coach money can buy.
 
7 weeks ago I was ready for Flores, Grier, and the whole front office gone. Now not so much. I guess we will see what happens next season on that.
 
All 3 have unfinished business, though Grier's dye is cast to this point. This team would be top 4 with a great chance to hoist the trophy if our OLine was better. In our time of dying this season, the OLine will be holding the knife.
Tua and Flores both have some blank canvas to fill before it's over so we'll see on that.
 
I keep all 3. Maybe they figured it out. I don't like tear downs. Just fix this oline and bring in a star RB and another receiver like a Justin Jefferson type player and we'll be tough as hell to beat. Spend FA money on tackles and draft a Center. We need a big strong monster so they don't get push right up the middle of the line. Protect your QB, it's not the hardest thing in the world. Just get er done!
 
All 3. We just had a rocky start putting this all together. Granted schedule of the 7 in row wasn't tough but we wasn't a good team going into it either. These clowns like Chris Simms thinks it was easy acting like our team was just has good as the Cheifs. What I'm trying to say. Our crappy team in the beginning got much better and them 7 games made us a playoff team. Great turn around. We going to beat the hell out of Tennessee.
