I'm not worried about blocking scheme. I'm worried about how slow this guy is and how our OL cant block at the 2nd level. And before anyone says it, yes I have watched this guy. We cant do what Minny did last year.

His health history would only command a 1yr -prove-it type of deal. If you can get on a cheap contract with little guaranteed money, why not bring him in? He can catch out of the backfield, and would be a perfect compliment to Miller. If he cant stay healthy again, then you let him go

I think he would have fresh legs so Im not opposed to brining him in especially since we have Houston's old offensive line coach he runs well behind the ZBC,

Blount had shown no ability to play well with others until he got to NE. By that I mean he's gotten into physical altercations with teammates. And by that I mean he fights everyone, even guys on his own team, all the way back to college. Does he have talent? Clearly. Is he a good acquisition? Oh hell no.
