If We Lose two more games....

We'd then have no shot at making the playoffs. Which young players would you like to see play over the current starters or at least see more playing time prior to having to make decisions about keeping them in the off season?

1. Jay Ajayi - wouldn't start him over Miller, but he'd sure as hell get more reps
2. Kenny Stills - Jennings wouldn't see the field for the rest of the year.
3. Any of our young linebackers - The starters have done absolutely NOTHING all year..... let the pups play.
4. Bobby McCain, Jamar Taylor, Tony Lippett - The vets we have are serviceable and Grimes is great, but Grimes is getting old and Serviceable ain't enough.


if any veteran player has a problem with it..... too bad, should have played better. The new coach will need as much film on these guys as possible to make an informed decision. I think we have enough film on the current starters to know who should stay and who should go.
 
I'm starting to think that our new DC is a ****ing moron, so I really have to take the play of our young LB's and Lippett with a grain of salt

I bet a bonafide defensive HC and his crew could coach these guys up

Lippett probably has the physical abilities of a young Richard Sherman but not with this group of clueless coaches

I would play Ajayi, Parker, Likenbach (in place of Dallas Thomas ASAP please!!!!!), Ulrich and Brenner some snaps at OG/OT to see if there is some depth for next year. Jordan Phillips instead of Mitchell, Vigil instead of Passinger, give Hull some playing time at MLB and see how he does with some experience, Hazel and no more Jennings, Bowman Lippet and Boby McCain. Fede and no Shelby.
 
1. Phillips and Francis at D Tackle over Mitchell and Mosely
2. Neville Hewitt at LB. Work Misi inside and flank him with Hewitt and Jenkins
3. Bobby McCain and Lippett at corner. Less Taylor.
4. Chris McCain rushing the passer
5. Devante Parker more run and even make Hazel active. Make Jennings inactive.
6. Ajayi for sure. No brainer. He can catch too.

Overall, throw downfield, less horizontal. More power running. Two TE sets. Do it. Tannehill under center. Move Tannehill around too.

Campbell should defer less to the coordinators and put his stamp on the units.
 
DeVante Parker. We need to know whether DeVante Parker is boom or bust, before making a decision on Rishard Matthews.

If DeVante Parker's left foot keeps breaking whenever he steps on the field, then we should try to sign Rishard Matthews.

But if DeVante Parker looks like a star, then we can let Rishard Matthews walk.

I'm not sure how bright a move letting Matthews walk would be when Jennings accounts for
a 2016 cap hit of $5.5 million a better move might be to release
Jennings after this season and use that money to sign Matthews
 
Just play all the backups! See if you can get some backups from other teams and play them too! Maybe Dolphins could be innovative and get some other team's backups playing time for some late round draft picks. They could be a professional farm team!
 
Seeing all those players get time out there would be nice but don't count on it. Campbell is trying to win so I doubt he's going to bench several players in order to give playing time to all those young guys. Ajayi will play regarless but I just don't see it happening

Lippett with out a Question. Get him in there. Bryce sucks..... We already aware Taylor is below Average.

At the very least we should rotate young players in more often. Phillips should be starting. Vigil or Hull can probably reach shepherd's level of terrible. Lippett in moderation would be good. Cut aikens immediately. Thomas should see all his snaps and I'd rather Ced Thompson as a backup. No more Damien Williams outside of ST and not as a returner. Thanks for stopping by Jennings. Enjoy your millions but hazel should be getting your snaps. Either of our Gs should be tried at RT so Fox never sees the field with Douglas getting valuable snaps until James comes back. Ajayi needs much more burn.

It's absurd how little our rookies have played. Start rotating them in you desperate ****ups and think about the future of the team.
 
If we lose one more game, and Parker's injury is still a concern, place him on IR, bring in Hazel and see what he can do.

I am surprised Lippett hasnt played more. He needs too see the field.
