Meh, the only place Darlington could get that, and I believe he is credible in that he doesn't just throw feces against the wall, is from the agent. No way the Dolphins volunteer that information.It kind of is though. Perhaps not very top of the market contract he's seeking, but he wants to be up there with Lawrence/Goff. As Darlington just reported, Miami is not offering that type of contract (smartly) and I'm sure that's what Tua and his agent want. He needs to settle for less money than he/his agent are expecting or it's not going to get done. Ball is in his court as I'm sure Miami has an offer on the table, just not as much $$ as Tua wants/demands.
Forgive me, but I take anything an agent leaks with a grain of salt. It's vague at best anyway.
