I saw a little while I was at the gym, but now that im home im just gonna prep the workout for my players this week. Just cant wait until march 15 to start getting some real dolphins news.

Just had a huge plate of my mom's lasagna. I am stuffed.

my mom makes the BESTEST lasagna I have ever had.. .every year for XMAS she makes it for the whole family... love it!!!

Yeah it's my favorite meal. I always eat during the halftime show. About ten years I went outside with some buddies of mine at halftime to throw a football around and I tore my rotator cuff trying to be like Dan Marino. I had to have shoulder surgery. :boohoo:

ugh that stinks.... i'm worried I'm getting cloe to it... slowed down pitching in baseball cause of my shoulder.

how old were ya?
 
i had two shoulder surgeries. torn labrum both times. and have a tear in my left one to, but I refuse to get it fixed. shoulders are never the same once you injure them.

I was 38 at the time. I heard a pop when I threw it but I didn't think anything was wrong but my arm was sore for about a week and went and got xrays and that was that.
 
That is by far the dumbest play call I have ever seen in my entire life. On the bright side, not even philbin would be ****ing stupid enough to do that. If that was the OC's call, it's a straight up fireable offense.
 
Coaches lose the super bowl for the team. Well the Coaches lost 2-3 for us so it's not an unusual thing
