If you blame Henne in ANY way for this loss

You will see this Sunday then. You guys set yourself up for surprises all the time by being a blind Dolphins' homer. Go start watching other teams around the league.

They had the worst CBs in the league last year. Allen was claimed by Houston and within week was running with the 1s. What does that tell you. Their defense is in transition from going to a 3-4. You seem to blinded by the Colts games as much as your claiming fans are blinded for their own team. It should be a good game and hopefully won't turn into a shootout like tonight's game.

i dont know, i am encouraged.

BB came out and outcoached us again. hurry up offense and Nolan had no answer to it.

why does everyone insist on going after brady when he gets rid of the ball so quick? I will never understand. I watch the pats and their offense is all about welker, TE's and RB's. got to stop them at LOS.

BTW,

Sean Smith is a bust. You heard it here first.
Why do we insist on blitzing brady? stupidest thing to keep watching year after year. gotta play the LOS vs. pats.

Chad Henne rules! His receivers should listen up more to him and they might get the ball more and make bigger plays.

Marshall is a dancer at LOS. Stop that **** Brandon!

Roflmao! I don't hate to hate I am a realist I give praise when it is due and critique when it is due. On a scale of 1-100 Henne gets a 92. He had 3 throws inside the 4 yard line and all 3 were bad. Easy fix especially seeing how he has learned the back shoulder in the off season. Just throw it up and feed the beast no darts! Next thing I need to see is consistent play out of him.

Yeah my thoughts exactly. His play reminded of 09 early in the season where he had flashes of brilliance. Next step is to be consistent. I hated the interception in the end but too many people pay attention to stats when developing an opinion of a player.

Because rushing 3 was even worse.

LOL you're in for a rude awakening.

Yes, a real defense. Haynesworth hasn't been worth a damn in years. Wilfork is solid.

But the Houston's secondary is one of the best, they got Mario Williams and Antonio Smith, both capable of rushing the passer. They have Demeco Ryans who is one of the best LB's in the league. Johnathan Joseph, Danieal Manning. Need I say more?

A real defense, lead by a very good defensive 3-4 coordinator in Wade Phillips. This team ain't no joke and those passes that the Patriots secondary should have intercepted won't be a mistake Henne can afford against the Texans.

Lol wow, you just said the Houston Texans secondary is one of the best??? lol holy **** you are a funny motherlover ...you're obviously joking right? Houston Texans Defense Allowed 427 points last year (26.7/g), which ranked them 29th. Yea they signed Jonathon Joseph, and that's an obvious improvement, but the Texans D is still not that good...

henne looks like a different qb, i seen it in preseason and it definitey showed tonite. if his play continues we will win a lot of games this year. the defense will bounce back next week. i dont have any problems with 30 points a game.

That pick was meaningless and frankly falls on the HC! The game was over and we should have ran te clock out. When Marshall went down holding his knee I freaked out. Bad enough dealing with injuries but we have a HC that insists on putting our players in unnecessary risk!

Actually Henne reminded me of Marino tonight! Had a great game, only to loose because of the defense. :(

I'm happy for Henne and his stats were good but I still think he hasn't shown that clutch factor to make plays when needed which differentiates great QBs from average ones.

Don't forget, MArshall dropped a potential Touchdown. YES it was a tough catch...but elite WRs like Fitzgerald MAKE that catch. That would've given Henne 4 Touchdowns. He played way better than any other Primetime game he played in, even the wins. It's a shame the defense completely ****ing sucked.

416 Passing Yards, 59 Rushing Yards, 3 Touchdowns (2 passing, 1 rushing) and 0 INTs in regulation time (that last prayer throw doesn't count). YES, we need to see him play well consistently, but at least he's shown he can have a HUGE game. Has a Dolphins QB ever put up those numbers since Marino?

And Kyle Orton is doing absolutely nothing right now for the Broncos.

I mainly just liked to see the Dolphins coming out on offense with some guts and attitude at the start. They kind of petered out in the middle, but they gave a much improved effort offensively.

I haven't been the biggest supporter of Henne by far, but he did much better tonight. I hope that's a trend that continues.

I don't know if this is more of a reflection on our coaching or Henne, but our 2 minute drills and hurry up offense was very slow towards the end of the game. I hate watching it. It was worse last year, but Miami seems to run the slowest hurry up offense in the league.

We definitely miss a big back to pound it in near the goal line, and that's forcing Miami to (so far) make some bad red zone pass plays. If they are set on passing near the goal line, they need to make some more creative plays and practice the hell out of them.

Other than that, I don't think the sky is falling or anything. The defense was out of shape and NE managed to turn our supposed heat advantage to them and make us tired and strained.

I also don't think this defense will be exploited by tight ends all year. At least not nearly as badly as by the Patriots. Teams better be ready for NE because they are going to use lots of 2 tight end sets and speedy, pass-catching backs all year long. It's their strength now. Couple that with an offense that is hell bent on dictating a fast no-huddle offense, and teams will be on their heels all year.

Miami may not have threatened NE this game, but they managed to well over 400 yards of offense against one of the best teams in the league. They will win their share of games once the team is in better shape and things start clicking.

About the most depressing thing I take out of this week is that all 3 AFC East opponents won this week while Miami lost a division game.
