So we are stuck with Joe. I know about 6 of you love him but for the rest of us....Dream scenario...if you could hand pick ANY (active, retired, college, your dad etc) coach around today to lead this current roster, who would it be and why?

A heart of the offseason question....

Good Question...

Mike Tomlin

Why...

Pittsburg has been one of the most consistent teams in the NFL and he seems to get the most out of his players. If you take his spark and natural motivation and add Lazor controlling the offense...I think it would be more surprising if they won less then 10 games.

retired: Don Shula!!!

active: Bill Belichick (think about it before you give any hate)

but we have Joe... he can do fine, gotta have him build with this young squad, work with the office people, assistants... we can do it!!! he is learning too and working to develop himself as well!!!

He who shall not be named. The dark overlord in NE. Dude's a genius.

Harbaugh. The Ravens are always in the thick of things even though they have a flawed roster. Unlike his brother he is loyal and not a nomad. I care about integrity so Belichek is a definite no. Tomlin has been a little shady as well

Active: Belichick or Harbaugh

Retired (but alive): Cowher

College: Harbaugh

I think what makes the cheating even more frustrating is that they do it despite not needing to.

I hate how everyone thinks he's an absolute genius. He misses on a lot of draft picks/players and misses on a lot of free agent signings. I hate how ESPN gushes over ANY Patriot signing. When most the time, they end up failing. I would not be surprised to see Fred Davis fail just like when the Pats traded for Tim Wright. He's a good coach but he does also have a great QB.

I like John Harbaugh ,Andy Reid, Bruce Arians

And yet, despite all that, he still wins. That's damn good coaching. I hate him and his cheating **** team (and now their fans possibly more than jests or jills fans), but I won't deny that he's one of, if not THE best coach in the league.

In no particular order, here is a very short list of the guys I would take over Joe.

Rex Ryan
Bill Belichick
Tom Coughlin
Chip Kelly
Bruce Arians
Gary Kubiak
Andy Reid
Mike McCoy
Pete Carroll
Mike Tomlin
John Harbaugh
Jim Harbaugh
Mike McCarthy
Dan Quinn
Ron Rivera
Sean Payton
Chuck Pagano
