Who would it be? Brown? C-Pep? Chambers? Maybe JT or another defensive mainstay? Or possibly a rookie like Jason Allen or Derek Hagan? Just wondering what players would get the most votes from members here.

Marcus Vick. I want that guy to tear it up. I love when young guys do well. Last year it was welker and i couldnt get enough of him.

We all know what ronnie, pep, chambers, JT, Zach, and everyone else can do. It's the players that nobody expects to succeed but then they bust out with a huge year, thats what makes me happy. It is good for not only the player, but speaks volumes about the coach and what a great payoff he got from a questionable player in Vick's case.

Any rookie that does good is going to make me really happy tho to be honest. I really wouldn't mind Jason Allen to be a force back there because that would alleviate some problems we face in the secondary because lets face it... we look pretty weak back there. Offenses are gonna rip it up and tear us apart if something doesnt happen quick.

I know its still pre season and Saban is a former DB so Im sure he can whip them into shape but I hope we can be back like it was with Surtain and Madison. Can you say shut DOWN defense? Man i miss those days...

even tho i expect Chambers and even McMichael to have a huge year, I feel that ronnie brown will explode onto the scene and that will overshadow all else. On the D side i really think Zach is a front runner for DPOY already so long as we make the playoffs. If he plays to the same level as the past few years and we get in then he deserves it, cuz theres no way Farrior or Urlacher had any better years than he did.

chambers already had his last year even though he will be better in the future, i think ronnie brown will be huge this year.

I would have to go with C-Pep. After years of mediocrity at the qb pos. we finally have another stud back there. I can't wait to see him play.

For the sake of being different without going out too far on a limb I am saying Channing Crowder will have a huge year. This guy is going to be great this year I see him getting around 90 tackles (If Lord Zach allows it) at least 5 sacks and 2 interceptions.

brown without a doubt. 1200+ combined yds, 5 td as a rookie holdout and carry splitter. considering the soft schedule and the fact that defenses will finally have to respect the pass, its in the cards for him to put together 1500 ground yds, 12-15 td

I really hope C. Pep has a better year than 2004 which was his best year

I am looking for Booker to return to being a 1000yd receiver. I am thinking he gets a lot of yards this season with all the attention going elsewhere early. if C-Pep is to throw for 4500 yds as many are projecting, Booker will get his piece of it.

im hoping for hagen to step in as the #3wr and have a huge year. This way wes could stick to special teams so like coach saban said we wouldnt have one guy doing it all

ronnie he is our key the running game always is. if he has a monster that will open up our passing game and c-pep will have a big year and than that will keep our d# fresh and they will have a great year. so i have to go ronnie!
