So seeing as though our coaching search has been narrowed down to 3 average at best choices I have to ask, if you had to choose between 2 scenarios, would you all rather have a relatively no named coordinator come in and take over with someone like RG3, or would you rather have a big name experienced coach and stick with the likes of Matt Moore?

Judging by the majority of posters comments they are not exciting average candidates. I hate to say it but none of the candidates are fiery and are classified more as "yes men" than anything else. Translation, more mediocrity

I can say I don't know much about these guys in general, but I won't be judging them based on the FH masses who were in love with people they know like Jeff Fisher just bc they know him. I am hoping the people doing the interviewing find the right man and really if we have the right QB then most coaches will look good.

I'm done "choosing". I'm just going to sit back, watch the next coach be hired, and hope for the best. As a fan, it's all I can do. I don't know who the next guy is going to be, but most likely it'll be a guy new to head coaching. I'm not going to judge him until he at the very least has a few games under his belt, maybe even a full season. All I know is that there's going to be a new era of Miami Dolphins football. Whether it's great or bad or anywhere in between, I'm along for the ride and am hoping this new guy can turn the ship around. So in other words, I guess I'm taking a wait and see approach.

Outside of Philben I would agree that we have choices of average accomplishment at best in the NFL. Zimmer had excellent credentials that none could diminish him as a canidate based on. Im just hoping we hire Philben now because int eh history of the phins I cannot think of lesser accomplished guys to take over the Phins.
