He should be an interesting study here. Prior to his injury he was well regarded as a solid 1st round pick, with many having him as their top CB. He was the top CB on my board especially with Peter's off the field concerns. Now with the knee injury late in the year, his draft stock will certainly take a hit. His 1st year would most likely just be a redshirt season, maybe if you are lucky you could designate him for return off IR. At what point do you take a shot on this kid?

For me its probably the 3rd or 4th. For some that might be too soon knowing he most likely contributes nothing next year…although I think its more likely he could return in season if the team allows him to. That said, how much did Billy Turner contribute this year…or Aikens for that matter? Its not a perfect science because you could draft someone in the 3rd or 4th who makes an immediate impact, it does happen. You are also banking on Olumu returning to form. It will be interesting

likely a contender with a compensatory pick end of the 3rd...how it usually goes with top talent you got to red shirt a season...if not for the injury top 20 grade...despite the slightly less than 5 ft 10...hell of a player

I'll look for some more games but going off of this...yikes. It was getting comical how he was hiding behind his teammates hoping they would make the tackle so that he wouldn't have to...talk about a guy that doesn't like contact.

maybe he was saving himself for the pros...cause that dude was a striker when i would watch him...and he has a high end physical tools set

The few times I've seen him healthy he was more the willing to support the run

Yeah his acceleration is off the charts! Early in that video he fakes the blitz, then stops on a dime and accelerates in the other direction to cover the Rb out of the backfield. Pretty impressive. If Jimmy Wilson tried that it would be a 40 yard TD. Lol. Question is will he ever have that again? I think he will, or should, recover to 100% and would be worth a 3rd or 4th easy. The problem is we're not exactly in the best position to be grabbing a guy that can't contribute in his first year. At least not at the CB position. I like Waynes better. He's bigger and hits harder. That's just the type of guys I want now. I honestly believe that Tanenbaum coming in has a decent amount to do with drafting a cb in the 1st round. We want our Revis. I think they are set at going CB in the first and REALLY don't wanna **** it up.

Would love for him to fall to the 4th but probably at most 3rd. He's perfect for our scheme and would probably be an amazing nickel for our defense.

It's a shame about his injury.....he was a clear first rounder. His injury moves Trey Waynes up the board. We need help at CB but I probably would hold off to second or third round for one.

I've watched a lot of Ducks football. IEO is as good a tackling CB as there is in college. He would be a nice fit in Miami if healthy. Even with the injury he is probably still a 2nd rd pick.
