I Miami is still having trouble finding a defensive coordinator and Jim Bates is unemployed then why not bring him back he wasnt the culpruit of why our defense faded in and out.

Bates wasn't a very good DC IMO... He had very good players and didn't do a lot with them. You always knew where each player was going to line up on defense and what schemes they were using.
