I like the way Bill drafts. He is a good turn around coach. We are right there. All we need is a good draft and free agency.I no bill will be here for 2 years, but than we bring in Cowher

The history of free agency should show just about every team that the way to go is to build your team through the draft. Free agency is a crapshoot. You take a look at Bill Cowher and his Steelers, they lost a ton of "marquee" players, only to replace them in the draft and other in house talent. It led to one of the most successful runs of talent in drafts and results on the field in recent memory.

Tuna is a proven winner,but we need a coach thats going to be here for the long haul. I dont think Cowher would agree to wait til Bill leaves especially if Cowher is ready to come back sooner then 2-3 years.

I agree! I would like to see a young, energetic coach on the up swing...rather than an old guy on the down swing. We need to look long term.

I do understand,but im looking for a quick fix,and Bill brings that.I say let Bill draft for 2 to 3 years and rebuild this team. Than we get that long term coach.

So basically, his first year was his best. And as I watch his team now, I get a sense that he still can't figure them out, you know, get a read on what will make them go. Very schitzo kind of team. But even with the respect that I have for Parcells, I'm just not sure that his time hasn't already passed. Let's try to find our NEXT Parcells.
