Finally. I held out for awhile but...

We need a stud QB. Desperately. Immediately.

TH isn’t it. Took awhile, but now I’m sure. We aren’t going anywhere with him. If we were, we would’ve by now.

Os is out too. Serviceable backup, that’s it.

Burke is done. His D is putrid. While we don’t have a ton of talent, we have enough to be better than this. Piss poor coaching.

Don Shula once said he can go 8-8 with 53 guys off the street. And I’d just bet he could.

This team is as bad as the 1-15 team.

No heart. No spirit. Just a “let’s get it over with” effort.

I’m convinced Gase isn’t what we need either. His adherence to Tannehill is highly suspect.

But he’s a wannabe OC, not a HC.

So it appears.

I no longer think this team is fixable. But hell, I’ve been waiting 20 years....
 
So after we lose 2 of 3 without him...

I'm not saying he's a stud, but this is the strangest time to make the determination that we need to move on from Tannehill.

Yeah. You’re right. But Shula has more credibility than any yo-yo since.

But what the ****. We’re only talking about a coach that went 6-8 once. 6-10 another time.

Gase and Burke know better. Let’s let em keep doing what they’re doing.

Good franchises take chances and hit on some.

Miami plays it safe and misses on most.

A great example of this play it safe philosophy was Jake Long at 1.

The whole thing needs to be blown up.

I agree wholeheartedly! Gaze suck as a HC, Burke doesnt know what he is doing and both QB's suck bad. our old RB Lamar Miller ran all.over us. Jay What I is doing well for the eagles and Jarvis Landry is also doung well. We have a definite problem with all personally from top to bottom, and I mean at the top. I've been a Phan for 46urs and I've also have been waiting since 1987 when we got blown away by the 49ers and have my worth crap since. We need a complete realignment. Coaching need to be stricter and harder, you can weed out the real players from the money mongers.

Ajayi is on IR and Landry picked up where he left off here, lots of catches and no TDs.
 
I think most people here know that we need a fresh start from the top down but Ross has never cleaned house so I doubt he'll clean house now. Everything is half ass.....fires the HC but keeps the GM........then fires the GM but keeps the HC and on and on......why would this year be any different?
