why is it that ricky gets suspended for doing the drugs and not being arrested but yet traylor atleast i dont think/know wont get any disciplanary action by the NFL for being caught with drugs and dui?

he'll get disciplined. And now, he'll be tested. If he FAILS 4 farking times, he'll be in steadily deep shizit.

yeah it does thanks, just i didnt know if he would be getting in trouble for possesing it or not

it was Xanax according to the Sun Sentinel report. He might be able to get away with that. I'm perscribed it, and I the most stable guy I know. Most modest too.

I am not 100% sure about this, but I recall hearing that if you carry prescription drugs (even your own prescription drug - pain killer, etc.) in a container other than the original bottle with your name and prescription number, you can be charged with having illegal drugs. Does anyone else have any info about that?

I am not saying this is what happened.

This is true in most states, I'm sure...but IF it was determined that he had a prescription for it, it would be dismissed in court...We really have to wait and see what shakes on this....he'll probably get some attention from the league office due to his problem, but again, only time will tell now...
 
He can say it was given to him in sample packets from a doctor. No script needed. My back doctor throws me tramidol and percocets all the time on the slide in sample packets. I luv him:)

The league will only discipline him if he gets convicted. However, because his crime involved alcohol and drugs, he'll be entered into the league's substance program where he'll be subject to tests and the like.
