I had a chance to go to the game today. It seems everytime I attend a game of a team I like, they get blown out. It REALLY sucked to see people around me say how terrible the Fish are and constantly chear "Dolphins Suck" and "**** the Fish". And how much bad luck can it get when the Fins get shut out Vs. Buf for the first time in 19 years? I thought we played a good 1st quarter, but the Bills quickly realised we couldnt pass the ball today. So they stuffed the box and shut down our running game. Joey threw 2 horrible picks and he looked awful...and so did our coverage. We made JP look like a Pro-Bowler and not only was our coverage bad...but the tackling was abysmal. This was just a dissapointing day overall. I kinda hope we lose both our final games now for the better draft pick.

I feel for you brother, i flew down to Miami 5 years in a row to see the fine and they lost every game...... The Pitt game when we were up 14-0 and it started to pour and we like fumbled 17 times, the Colts game when we were 6-0 and Etman picked off the last play and ran it 90 yards for a td.....A Monday night against the Raiders when we scored at the end, Marino to Duper and they said the play clock ran out....... Finally in year 6 we beat the Jets.......

You're a very brave man to go to the Ralph. There isn't a city in North America that has as rude and classless fans as Buffalo.
I'm a huge Habs fan and have seen many times the dregs of sports fans, namely Buffalo fans, come into town and just stink up the joint. They're loud, obnoxious and, generally, uncouth.
I have been warned by several feloow fish fan to stay away from the Ralph, even if my beleoved fins are playing. They say you'd be lucky to walk away with all your appendages intact

I wore my ZT jersey and was yelled at everytime the Bills had a nice play. Several times Bill fans started chanting "Thomas Sucks, Thomas Sucks" and there was quite a few people yelling other terrible things about our team including "teal is for f*gs". I heard a lot of comments about Bills fans "hating Fish fans" and such things. And finally, a fight broke out early in the 3rd...it was a Fish fan against a Bill fan (but it was quickly broken up). It wasnt a very fun experience.

Any time I get static from a Jill's fan I just say two words: Wide Right  .

But I doubt I'll ever go to the Ralph. It's just a $*it hole of a city with lunatic fans. Not worth it.

Bill's fans are not as annoying as Jets or bandwagon Patriot's fans...I was around some today at the sportsbar and they were ok......when our team is playing like crap we deserve to take our lumps. Time to find a real QB...something we have not had since Marino retired.

A Hab fan whining about classless fans? That's priceless.

Le Club d'hockey -I'm sure you're scratching your Neanderthal brow right now- is the most decorated sports franchis in the world, with the possible exception of the New York Yankees. With names like Vezina, Morenz, Harvey, Richard, Belliveau, Lafleur, Roy and now Koivu, the Montreal Canadiesn legacy is alive and well.
Any one who knows anything about hockey will tell you that it is the most storied franchise, and will add that what makes the organisation so special is the way it has cinducted itslef over the years, namely full of class.
I would only expect such ignorant posts, as you just made, to come form a Sabres fan.

Wtf?!

I was very shocked to see that the other "fans" on this board haven't called you out on that cowardly comment.

What fan of any team would want their boys to lose? LOL and just to improve draft position. How does 1 first rounder really improve your team play next year?

You should get a teal tat of a giant L on your forehead bub.

I'm with you last phins game I went to I flew over to TB when we got blown out by the Bucs. Huge waste of money :(

Storied franchise, yeah. Doesn't mean their fans aren't pompous *******s, which you just proved right now.

And don't even put Koivu in the same breath as the rest of those players.

We're not pompous; we just know how superior our team has been in the history of the game. Expectations are always high in Montreal. The year is not considered a success unless we are lifting the Cup. Incidentally, this is something no Buffalo Sabre has ever done:wink: .

Actually yes, a Buffalo Sabre player has lifted the cup, the team, however, has not.

And I guarantee you we'll be celebrating our first stanley cup before you win your next one.

The only cup the Sabres will ever get close to is on the putting green.
