I'm down with Jamie Martin!

Anyone wit we?? Screw Harrington lets just sign martin and not give up a damn thing!

I agree about the not giving up anything part but i don't agree with signing Jamie Martin. I didn't see anything from him last year to make me think that he would be a capable back up until Culpepper comes back. I'm pretty sure that he even got benched in favor of Ryan Fitzpatrick.

124-177
1,277 yds

5 TD 7 INT

That aint bad man that's dat boy Jamie! better then harrington's punk ***

I watched him play a couple times last year and wasn't impressed. I don't see anything that makes him better than Maddox.

all i know is i really dont care who we get to back us up as long as they play well for us jamie martin really wouldnt be my choice i wouldnt mind harrington if we could give them a 7th but i guess thats not happening i really dont want maddox i really just dont know any thing about martin so i really cant say anything bad about him but if we get him he better play well

Screw Martin and Harrington! This is who we want:
Quarterback | Senior | Alabama
Brodie CroyleHeight: 6-2 1/2 | Weight: 205 | 40-Time: 4.87

Strengths:
Has a cannon for an arm...Smart player who can read a defense and make good decisions...Team leader and hard worker with top intangibles...Patient passer who does all the little things...Naturally athletic...Pretty accurate and displays good touch on his passes...Can really get the ball deep downfield...Has always performed very well when healthy...Has not yet begun to reach his full potential.

Weaknesses:
Durability is a major concern as he has a troubling history of injuries since his freshman year of high school including a dislocated elbow, a torn labrum and torn ACL's in both his right and left knees...Lacks a solid build and needs to hit the weights and get stronger...Is not a threat to run at all and is purely a pocket passer...Raw and essentially has only two full years of starting experience.

Notes:
His father, John, played for Paul Bryant and his sister, Reagan, was a basketball player for the Tide and Alabama's 2000 Homecoming queen...Might be a boom or bust prospect...It's all about health with this guy and if he can stay out of the trainers room he has the tools to be a starting quarterback at the next level.

I agree but i don't want him starting come opening day. Rookie QB + Pittsburgh defense = Not Good

3rd Round. He looks like a good backup and a potential future star. We should take him cuz we can use him as a backup and groom him to being Culpepper's replacement or trade bait (via Atlanta Falcons w/ Matt Schaub)

So you want a rookie with an injury riddled collegiate year to possibly start the season opener at the defending Super bowl champions??? That's just not smart dude we need a veteran Kerry Collins was my #1 choice but he wants to start, Maddox is washed up Harrington whines like a school girl and Martin well I just like Martin and his numbers are incredible all be it minimal playing time but you can't argue wit a 70% completion percentage
