Im here to take up for FEELEY

As some of you might no about 3 weeks ago i was at camp visiting the area. Feeley was alot sharper on his passes and accuracy, But what really won me over was the way Feely treated me and my LiL bro after practice. WE got to meet Thompson Welker Diamond Roth and Crowder. Let me tell you Feeley came over handed me a practice ball and chatted with me for a min. I told him i was from Finheaven and told him we were rooting for him to win the job and win us some games. he said that was what he "planned" on doing. The guy was a class act. I told him i loved his performance on the Mon night game last year. He said he has heard of Finheaven! so i guess they do care what we say lol or so i thought, i yelled for Frerotte "hey man can i get an autograph" he looked right at me and my lil bro and shook his head no, sure i can see u turn down me but my Lil brother that's just wrong. I just thought u guys should really think about how Gus made us feel

the nice guys always finish last. I had met Fiedler before and found him to be very courteous, while some had reported otherwise. Same could be true for Frerotte.

Did you catch Feeley when he was on break and Frerotte was practicing with the first team? i am sure there was a circumstance that prevented Frerotte from being able to sign autographs.

Thats awesome man, because a lot of people have said what s d*ck he is, and I always thought Feeley was a nice guy, and now I know he is.

Fiedler was a nice guy....doesnt mean I want him to be our QB.

I have been a Feeley supporter since he arrived, but when it came time to "put up or shut up" AJ just hasnt impressed. He hasnt been bad, he just hasnt been better than Gus. Now he has an uphill battle ahead of him to claim the starting spot. I hope he can do it, but if he can't then Gus should start....no matter how nice Feeley is or how evil Gus may be.

If I remember correctly, Feeley practiced poorly in Philly, but stepped up at game time. Not to compare the two, but, I remember how awful Dan Marino (my hero) was coming off of the achilles injury the next preseason. He only opened up the regular season at home against the Patriots (with Drew Bledsoe) and threw for 473 yards and 5 touchdowns (should have been 6 if Keith Byars didn't kick the ball in the air on a low pass at the goal line that was picked off), and made the cover of Sports Illustrated. I was there for that game with my father. It was the greatest game I have ever seen. IMO, Saban needs to at least give Feeley a chance to prove himself in a REGULAR SEASON GAME. Cutting him now would be a mistake. We already know that Sage is a career backup and Berlin isn't ready yet. Gus Frerotte has also been a career backup, IMO, he will never be a star in this league.

exactly. It's day to day with these guys. I met Feeley last year in Seattle, and yes he did sign and take pics with me and my 5 year old son. Then Sage denies. Whatever. Sage should be lucky we even asked for his auto. The next week, Feeley had a sore a$$ and not as nice.

- I WAS THERE for that return game. Marino had a lot in the bank at that time to make up for a bad preseason.
