We play the Lions and im keeping my head up for a win, but im more concerned about playing the Jaguars in a week and a half. Yes they lost Reggie Hayward, Mike Peterson, and now Donovin Darius...meaning hopefully we can have a good offensive game...but how will our defense do? I mean the Giants got whooped by the Jags last night, even without their top players...besides them, im worried about the Patriots and Colts games...the others, im not too worried about.

Honestly, if we cant beat the Jaguars with 10 days of preperation we dont deserve to be in the playoffs

When you have the #2 ranked defense in the nfl, i am not worried about *****cats

true...but when u have the #2 ranked defense in the NFL, which by the way is under .500, something is wrong. I dont think ive ever seen a Top 3 ranked defense with a losing record.

Yes but until last week I had never seen a victory with negative rushing yardage (forgot they changed that to a sack). When your teams the Dolphins expect to see some weird stuff

that too. pretty impressive that we win a game with negative rush yards, and have the #2 ranked defense in the NFL with an under .500 record.

on top of that, looks like we owe the Lions a 5th round pick for Joey starting so much.

we DID beat the Bears, pretty badly i might say...and the Bears shutout Buffalo...so there IS a positive outlook

The hole we are in is so deep that there is no room to overlook any team. Believe me the Lions can beat us and then any hope we had of the playoffs are gone. Take it one week at a time...Beat the Lions & Then we can worry about Jacksonville.

What top players? They played without defensive ends Michael Strahan and Osi Umenyiora, cornerback Sam Madison, linebacker Brandon Short and offensive tackle Luke Petitgout.
They were depleted on the defensive side and did not have their main o-line guy. Sorry but i am not worried about the jags because of last night. The giants are not a good team right now, and showed last night that they shot themselves in the foot with costly turnovers. They were driving twice and could have won that game, but like i said turnovers killed them.

Remeber this, ONE GAME AT A TIME! Forget about the Jaguars! This is a BIG game for us, and it all smells like the kind of upset game were JH goes back to his Detroit ways and the Defense is bound to have a couple of bad games. We also are pretty banged up on both sides of the ball. I for one dont want to even think about anything else besides Detroit. I am smelling an upset and it stinks!

I'll tell you the next game that worries me is Buffalo. If we played them this week I would say we blow them out but instead we play them after New England and before the Jets. I think we're building up alot of momentum right now and the emotion is going to peak against the Patsies. I think if we're going to have one week where we come out flat it'll be against the Jills.

well after looking at a lot of jags film overnight, i know how well have to win this game. the best way of attacking the jags defense is with the power running game. you have to run right at their DEs. whoever our QB is, he wont be asked to throw much, the Jags have one of th ebest secondarys in the NFL

they have one of the best secondaries...but now they are without their best hard hitting safety...donovin darius. not that that means anything really..
