1) Chad Henne has a completly new atitude out there. he is playing very, very well in so many aspects right now. WOW

2) Reggie Bush and Brandon Marshall look like they are both in posistion to add much more chunk yards and big plays to our team this season

3) fasano/bess/hartline and the o-line did fine tonight and look to be a pretty solid unit.

4) Although the defense looked putrid tonight - you can't help but think that the pats spent the entire off season prepping for this game and planning how to exploit our D. the Edds signing also makes me wonder . . . also, with that many returning players to a good defense, and with nolan hopefully correcting some things, i cant help but think that our D will come back together and be fine going forward.

its a longggg season and half the leage is 0-1 right now. we get another shot at those pansies and we still get shots at a bunch of other teams. this time last year we were 1-0 then were 2-0 and it didnt mean anything. in 08 we went 0-2 to start and ended up winning the east and being the playoffs. hang in there.
 
im right there with you man. its game one i think we bounce back next week

New England and hurry up offense caught Nolan in a dizzy spell. gotta stay away from trying all night to get to brady. the dude cant run with the rock. just cover your guys quickly! LOS!!!!!

this is what I am getting tired of. the whole world saying you have to get to brady. NO YOU DONT! YOu have to play the recievers at LOS. I will say it again. Stick those ****ers at the LOS!
 
Agree with everything you said except the point about the oline being fine. Oline is still pretty bad.

Also I think we miss Will Allen and should give him a call tomorrow.

I agree with you, it's pretty obvious; the defense that gives him fits is press coverage and throwing off the routes; with saftey help over the top...he torches blitzes; BUT; you have to have the personale for that to work; that's why the Madison and Surtain era Phins used to always give him fits; another but on that is, that doesn't quite work as well as it used to; and this is where Belichek shows his genius...when he saw the Jets get the tandem of Revis and Cromartie, and then we drafted cover corners, he made an effort to draft talented hybrid TEs in Gronkowski and Hernandez, and what he's able to do with them is kind of negate Brady's only kryptonite...
 
Bummed as hell right now, but it wasn't as bad as it looked. That no huddle shredded us, and the guy running it is a first ballot hall of famer. There's stuff that needs fixing, but there's positives too. Chad Henne and the new offense, for example. We'll sign Will Allen and Nolan Carroll will head back to the ST unit where he belongs.
 
in that game til the end of the 3rd and our D was AWEFUL. D thomas will run inside next week, and Bush can go back to outside running.....chill
