With all the negativity flying around, I thought I'd be a little more positive (in the holiday spirit) and create a list of what I am thankful for.....

I'm thankful for Finheaven, where all of us Dolfans can gather and discuss the team, even if it isn't always positive....

I'm thankful for a new head coach that at least gives some hope for the future.

I'm thankful for great running back in Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams as our running backs.

I'm thankful for Hudson Houck who is doing wonders with our O-line.

I'm thankful for being able to watch Wes Welker (he may not be the most talented, but he is sure exciting to watch!).

I'm thankful for Dolphins Cheerleaders - WOW!:D





On a more personal note, I'm thankful that my brother serving in Iraq is still alive and well after his vehicle was hit by 2 IEDs during the past two months.:(

I'm also thankful for the men and women serving overseas :troops:
 
Great post, bro. And a nice change of pace from what I've seen from some posters around here. Those are ALL great things to be thankful for especially during this time of year. Here's to hoping all goes well for your brother and all the troops fighting the good cause overseas! :troops: :beerbang: :patriot:

Great post. God bless your brother and all of the people who are fighting in this terrible war. My friend is there too and I think about him and everyone else there everyday.

As for the less-important conversation of football I too am thankful for drafting Ronnie. Im also thankful just to get to watch my favorite team take the field every week...whether we are winning or not it's still great to watch every week and come on here to discuss with other fin fans. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
 
I can agree with that....Happy Thanksgiving to all....even Canadians...LOL.

Having a step-son, brother-in-law and a son-in-law over there....God Bless them all and our great country.

My thoughts and prayers are with your brother as well as everyone else protecting freedom around the world.

I am thankful for the many, many wonderful and successful years we have enjoyed watching the Dolphins before this latest bump in the road.
 
I am thankful that we are still ahead of the J-E-T-S in the standings and that I haven't heard a peep about them from my friends in NY.

Thank your brother and make sure he knows that those of us back home appreciate his sacrifice. May their mission end quickly.
